I wonder that when is the PRN ICO scheduled, and what is required to qualify as an "Early Bird Supporter" ? 
There are 10 Million XPR tokens at pre-sale 0.12$. I don't know how many have been sold already.
To date: 1,360 XLM and 29,060 MOBI for only ~20K XPR in total sales (most to a single account). Much less than the original presale which they cancelled without any notice to the community. Ironic.

If we reserved during the PRE-RESERVE in November, will we still be purchasing those coins or has this changed? I'm concerned about lack of details and wanted to plan my investment. Thanks in advance.
I asked them directly and they apparently canceled those reservations and won't honor them no more. Kind of disappointing.
You will get a bounty for your support though but it's probably not that much compared to what you reserved.

OK, managed to vote now. It cost me 1 xpr each vote and I need a negative and a positive vote. So its 2 xpr cost per couple of votes.
So I need 4 xpr to spend each day to use all my votes.
But I don't understand the incentive still.
I already have 350 + 350 votes from all the previous days. The daily rewards from the total of all these votes are very small. Less than xpr each day.
Why should I spend my 1000 xpr to vote when votes return so little? I will never gain that back.
Also I don't understand what is the point of owning cards. They don't seem to give me any reward. Or is it that when people vote on my cards I get their vote money?
Is there a place that explains all these things in detail?

Actually, I don't understand these things as well but spending XPR seems to worth it, yesterday I spent ~12 XPR on votes and I left at 991, when today I checked I have 1008 XPR.

I like the idea of applying blockchain tech to reputation value on the internet... it's a natural fit. But why does your new token create value in that sector? Couldn't it be done with existing coins? Why will your coin gain in value? Thx
You could have people just fill out questionaires and reward them with Stellar\Bitcoin\whatever. But then, people would just prefer fiat to their paypal accounts; there would be no ownership; no community; boring waste of time. This token will create a reward for (new) voters, a reward for card ownership (investment) and has an internal exchange for people to trade tokens for card ownership. Will XPR be valuable? A large user base could create demand for cards and bring external investment into XPR. {Steem is an example of a succesful community token. Cryptokitties too.} Time will tell. The Airdrop already happened but i wont call it an airdrop since the participants need to be active on the website creating cards and voting for cards to be rewarded.There will only be 2 active airdrops for XPR before the pre-sale
2 XPR to every wallet that trusts XPR- so very small qty will be released - to the first max 50K addresses so capped 100K XPR
1 XPR to every vote that user cast. - only when your bet wins users will get 2% of the coin per that
This is also to have XPR and our first released coins available on the exchange before the actual sale. Both airdrops will have minor influence on the price.
Remember that The Balance Binary Bot will stop or limit the releasing of coins at pre-sale if the price drops below the baseline which is 12$.

Interesting point. When will the airdrop coins be distributed? They have not distributed the new Stellar Tokens to anyone yet (as far as I have read). Why do you ask for our secret key in the stellar wallet? Isn't the public key enough?
PR.Network is a distributed project on Stellar network. You can already setup Stellar Lines-of-Trust in the interface (I have tested that), which are Stellar transactions. The cards will be assets in Stellar and an exchange will submit buys\sell to Stellar network as well. Distributed cards and exchange should be coming soon; they want it done before doing a public ICO.

Not sure I understand it. You have to "buy in" to participate, and the reward(airdrop) goes to most expensive cards? Bad economics in my opinion; but then I never bought a kitten either.
My opinion of cryptocelebrities:
- no fractional ownership
- users have to invest to participation (sometimes implies a scam is involved)

Does look somewhat fishy, probably the early adopter trying to get the bigger pie. And the prices are way to high. The USP of Pr.Network is that you get to have so many unique cards for free by just being active on the site. Looking forward to the Pr rocket launch.
I had it wrong. The start price low, you buys, then someone can out-bid you (at higher price). That is why people re-buy a card. Bidding ends when priced up.
