Power Ledger is one of the best performing ICOs of recent times, one such similar project which is trying to disrupt the energy market is WePower. When compared to Power Ledger, WePower seems to be bigger in scope and already has several partnerships in Europe. Also, they will be setting up a nationwide energy tokenization pilot in Estonia. They already have the demo version of the platform available and platform will be fully functional before the end of this year which is way before the scheduled date for Power Ledger's platform. Publica is aiming to disrupt the publishing industry by leveraging the blockchain technology. Publica is aiming to create a platform for publishers which will make it easier and cheaper for them to publish and advertise their book and hence leading to better profits.

Some of the key points which makes it the most undervalued project in my opinion are:
1. Project has a solid team which is already established and not just a startup.
2. They are targeting a niche which is yet to be explored on the blockchain so they have the first movers advantage.
3. Publica only had a hard cap of 1 Million dollars for their ICO which was way lower than other ICO projects.
4. Current market cap of Publica is 9 Million dollars which shows it has a lot of upside potential.
5. The Alliance of Independent authors is a partner member of Publica.
6. The hype for the project is increasing each day and it won't take long for Publica to really explode in value.

Yes, I agree.. The fact that almost every other coin in Top 20 had a massive pump recently, we are still to witness something similar to Neo and I think the day when NEO will $100 is not far away.

As far as I know, participating in ICOs is banned in China and therefore people from China won't be able to participate. But there are many good projects coming from China but unfortunately their own audience won't be able to get benefited from those ICOs.

Yes, we will see more and more projects on NEO blockchain in future.
