Their goal, token amount, token value should be corresponding with each other, if there's a fault in that math, that's a red flag for me.
Their team members and group of advisors; if there are any of them that was realted in a scam ICO before, that's another red flag for me.
Their roadmap should be realistic; sometimes a team may not be able to deliver roadmap instantly and it may take time to see a roadmap but it should be out before the ICO, if it's not that's another red flag as well.
And last but not least; I always keep this in my mind: "If it's too good to be true, it's probably not."

very good thoughts! Since most of ICOs start with white papers. Personally, I would read through the paper to see if the overall quality looks good and specifically, the presented use cases sound reasonable to be put in reality. Then I will search the team members' linkedin profiles and advisors. if most have good records and many credited connections, I would give more credit to the ICO. The last but not the least, a reputable partner will make big difference.

None of the ICOs have released their tokens immediately. For us it is not just to copy and paste other ICOs tokens, we are doing it tailor made.

totally agreed. The first thing is to issue an audit report for the ICO regarding to total proceeds, token distribution and re-distribution of leftover, etc.
Listing on other exchanges will take longer time - hopefully within the first half of 2018.

I just learned about this project and I need to switch 50% of my ETH into ETC

To receive airdrop all I need is to hold my ETC on my private ETH adress right ?
I never used ETC can I send it to my ETH adress on MEW ? or it's a different wallet ?

I just did some research and installed Ethereum Classic network wallet last night. Basically there are two wallets which are guaranteed for receiving airdrops. one is etherum classic, another one is browser extension ETC metamusk. I used the latter. It is very easy to set up - exactly the same as the normal ethereum metamusk. I also transferred 0.1 ETC from Binance which was successful. Fee is 0.01ETC so I received 0.09 within 5 minutes.
MEW wallet may work but you need to select the correct ETC network as a source. It seems a bit complicated so I simply passed it. Cheers.

I could not buy. The procedure of the KYC was 40 minutes, after that - "We have received enough KYC applications to complete the ICO.
We will update the community shortly when the funds have been collected.". I think that it was possible to make the KYC in advance. Maybe bought after listing on the exchange.

It was the worst ICO ever! They knew there would be over demands but made a stupid decision to do the KYC and ICO sales at the same time. What a nightmare!
I and my friends all gave it up. Look at its price on Kucoin - 5151 Sats = $0.38.
