6 days ago I used Bitinstant to fund my mtxgox account. I sent $235 and my mtgox account is still not funded. This is not an exaggeration, it has literally been 6 days. I've been exchanging emails with Bitinstant and they see my deposit on their end and have acknowledged the problem is on their end yet they still will not fund my account with the money I sent.

After 6 days I now believe Bitinstant is just keeping my money. I consider what happened to simply be theft. I'm not sure exactly what I can do about it other than to post to different boards and try to cost Bitinstant enough money so they decide to either fund my mtgox account or give my money back to me.

As a business owner I take posting negative feedback about a company very seriously but I feel I've been left with no other choice. If Bitinstant funds my account or gives me my money back I will post a reply saying so. Until then I will try to spread the word that Bitinstant is a company that should be avoided.

BitInstand Has My Money and is Not Funding My Mtgox Account

Hi everyone. This is meant as a warning to anyone using thinking of using BitInstant. On Saturday, 5 days ago I send $235 to BitInstant to fund my Mtgox account. After 5 days the money is still not there. I have exchanged emails with both of them and the problem is with Bitinstant. From what I can tell Mtgox has done nothing wrong.

BitInstant tells me they see my deposit there and have asked questions about my Mtgox account which I have answered. Finally after 4 days they sent me an email that said "Processed!" but still I have no money in my Mtgox account.

As a business owner I feel it is a big deal to post publicly about a company but after 5 days of them keeping my money and not funding my accountt I feel I have no other choice. If Bitinstant corrects this problem I will post an update but until that happens I am assuming they are keeping my money and not transferring it as they were supposed to.

I would like to point out that I have used Bitinstant in the past without any problems and again, I don't believe this has anything to do with Mxgox. Mtgox has always done everything correctly for me.
