If they could deliver concrete results according to their roadmap then I couldn't see any reason why this project will not succeed considering it has a unique niche in the blockchain world.
Yes, I also believe in the project's success. They have a unique idea and a dedicated team that seems to work tirelessly presenting their project at various events and hopefully getting the funds they need to further develop their ecosystem.

But what is the problem if more people with less money would join the project, where is the disadvantage?
My guess would be that the regulations for public offering are much harsher then for a private sale.
I would say they are the same but with public sale you must check much more people and do KYC for them and for private sale you just have few companies or individuals to use KYC on.
I think they don't expect many contributions from a crowdsale. ICOs in general in this time have difficulties to raise money, and for Dusk as a quite complex project it will perhaps even more difficult to attract small investors.

I would love to see this project having important partnerships being made that could further boost it. I also know the hard work of the team in pursuing it and it will likely become very productive very soon.
Well the secret is out. Our newest partnership prospect is Paycent! They have issued a debit card that acts as the bridge between crypto and fiat and now even precious metals. We are in the contract negotiation phase but I have received verbal confirmation that we are good to go.

Yep. This is one of the most exciting partnerships that we have in the works right now. Nothing is signed so I'm not counting my chickens. But I can tell all parties to this deal are excited as well.
Scratch that Paycent partnership..... Or better yet, put it on the back burner. We came to terms but this partnership is now contingent on us being listed on Coinmarketcap. This is perfectly understandable and we intend to pursue this at a later date. For now, we continue to focus on development and tallying up the bounties.
That's a pity! But thanks for being honest and transparent and updating the community straight away. It's a good idea to focus on your product, further progress certainly will lead to new partnerships.

I've been wondering if this project is too ambitious. The goals set out here are not going to be easy from a regulatory standpoint. I have chatted with the CEO and I believe that he is sincere. I wish this project the best because if they succeed, they will be raising the bar for all exchanges.
you are right they are ambitious and here to work on the product not just to collect the money because they don't have a soft cap.
Yes, they seem to be serious and enthusiastic about their project. Although I guess they still need a good amount of money to be able to integrate all planned features withouth delay and according to their roadmap
Nice to see that SOMA is up by 14% today even though the entire market is currently suffering. One of the few token in my portfolio that is in green today
I thought that this project wasn't serious. But I have been watching since june for this project and I can say that I was wrong.
I also had my doubts about this project but I'm pleasantly surprised by all their achievements since the ICO and the regular communication here about updates and news.

There is no particularly bright news. the datum token is very subsided, but from time to time the letters from the datum partners pay for the datum per view to the mail. That is, the company is still working.Yes, seems that Datum is still working, had my doubts because earliert they posted regularly news and updates. But I've seen that Roger is active in their telegram channel and is answering questions of the community.

We're indeed a dutch based and registrated company. We dont accept US and Chinese citizens in the ICO.
I dont think it's that easy, cause eventually the whole product need to be global and that include people from the US and China.
1) We want to be accepted on exchanges and exchanges dont list security's (if they do this can suddenly change in the future).
2) People from the US are allowed to buy utility tokens, just in the ICO it's different. If you make a dividend/burn system this can still be considered a security.

You said before you do not want $CYBR tokens to be securities.
You probably are aware of the Howey Test. A transaction represents an investment contract if a person invests his money in a common enterprise and is led to expect profits solely from the efforts of the promoter or a third party.
What ways could there be for a person looking to profit off $CYBR tokens without violating the Howey Test?
Ofcourse we know the Howey Test, well that way every coin (including btc) will be a security, but we clearly stated in the term of condition and papers that everyone need to agree on before purchasing the tokens that the tokens
are utility tokens for our platform. Some lines are still blurry and probably will untill the ICO's are fully regulated at this stage we do everything that is required to be a legit ICO.
Thats also why we have a Law firm as partner and we hired them to review every step of the ICO. Their name is Watson Law and are also situated in the Netherlands.
How exactly is this Howey Test performed? Would it be enough when a popular Youtuber mentions CosmosCR in a video about, let's say, 'the next top ICOs of 2019', to get deemed as a Security token?
Since almost everyone who invests in an ICO is only doing it because he expects a (financial) profit from it, it is gonna be hard to convince anyone of investing when you aren't allowed to promise these profits.
To be honest the ico that promise huge profits are the ones you need to be carefull off. Your never allowed to promise profits, cause what if it doesnt happen (look at the bear market now some ico's are down 90%) You dont
want any lawsuits against you.
Patience and adoption brings value and demand for the token/coin. Dividends, burns etc should be done with extreme cautions and good advicement from a legal team.
I admire with the team's candid approach to this discussion which I seldom see in most crypto projects doing an ICO. I mean this community should be built with trust among members and the enthusiasm to deliver together this awesome platform powered by the blockchain.
I, too, like this careful and reasonable approach which somehow has also become a necessity. Nowadays investors are looking for reliable projects with trustworthy teams and don't believe just hyped projects anymore.

Very low Pundi X price means it is worth investing may 1 or 2 ETH and hold for a couple of years.
Current price of Pundi X coin is 0.00000014 BTC (-5.07%) , 0.00000549 ETH (-4.62%)eth. I personally believe its good time for new investor or its good time to collecting some pundi x at this rate. Pundi X is a working product, so sooner or later the price would raise that I believe.

I also agreed with this project have working product but due to hard time price of this token is still very low. Only strong believers would like to invest in this is the perfect time to invest in it.
Yes, it's quite difficult at the moment to chose the right project to invest in but PundiX having a working product and striving for its mass adoption might be a good choice after all.

I'm 4 to 1 in exchanged based ICO and this will be my fifth ICO that is going to be a success but Jarvis Exchange plan features are far better so I expect this ICO to reach their softcap at least, even though the market is very weak, I still believe investors are still looking for a good ICO even though there are so many failed ICO in the market.
We have to be honest, exchanges are growing like mushrooms lately but Jarvis is really offering something unique and will stand out for sure, i dont doubt we will see a new successful exchange soon.
It is one of the niches that have grown the most in recent times, even with so many threats of future regulation, and all the work that is required. I believe that Jarvis will have his space among successful projects, which, with so many projects nowadays, will have a continuous 20% or less
The fact that Jarvis is being built with cross platform compatibility and user interface in mind is what sets it apart from the rest.
Seems that Jarvis has quite some unique features that lets it stand out from its competitors. If they are able to implement everything as planned chances are good that they become a new sucessful and popular exchange.

I'll be surprised if something happen in Q4 2018 at this point, that's something I really don't like about all projects, give dates/goals that they can't achieve
2018 is almost over. I don't think we will see anything happen in this matter this year but yeah, there is this German proverb which says that you should not praise the day before nightfall.
Unfortunately current state of ICOs are forcing each other to speed up their development and then it comes to this kind of situations where project are after their schedule. They should really leave some reserve time just in case something like this happens.
I don't mind either if they are a bit behind their roadmap, but it's important to communicate openly about it. When the community is kept in the dark it starts to speculate and this isn't good for any project.
It's nice and really encouraging that you post almost every day an update or some exciting news about a new partnership. Btw, I appreciate your approach to focus right now on the platform development.

Would like to see a comparison between blockachain related virtual reality projects but I don't think that is feasible right now, afaik only decentraland has something to show
Yeah, such an comparison could be very helpful. Especially when you consider how much different VR projects there are already.
Aren't there other projects which have a mvp by now?
Or did most of the other VR projects shut down with the crypto crash?
I only know about Mark.space. They have launched the beta version of the residential units and you can buy units as far as i know, but haven't checked it out yet.
Bitcoin has joined another class of superiority after becoming sound money or store or store of value and digital gold. That is going to become a thing of elite and institutional leveled player. There will be huge market for retail investors and traders under alternative coins. This is what UTruts is going to tackle and conquer and all preparation is in this direction.
Most crypto enthusiasts had high hopes for this project and I think its worth it. Hopefully we see some concrete results of the development in the next few months.
Been following their telegram and news. I agree that the developers are actively fulfilling their roadmap though we have not heard about the approval of e-license that is announced that the result will be this last quarter of the year. Either way, I am looking forward to the release of the platform this first quarter of 2019.
I think with launching the platform according to roadmap a great milestone of development is achieved, and we can't blame them if they don't get the e-licence still in this year. I guess they did their best but now are dependent on others.

What is the long term plan for Pundi X ?
It will keep moving with this trend until all weak hands will be out from this project and nobody will ask this question and start following them on dedicated channels. There is no mercy in shot time of period it turned in long term.
Of course, at the moment it's best to hold maybe benefit from the cheap price and accumulate NPXS. I have confidence in PundiX, it looks like the use of XPOS is increasing and I'm sure PundiX is one of the projects that survive in the long run.

That's really a good way to involve and at the same time educate the community. and it encourages loyalty to the project, much better than only the usual airdrop and twitter/facebook bounty campaigns.

I see that you are now only half way the path to the soft cap - and if I remember well at the end of the month the ICO will end. What happens to the project if you don't reach the softcap?
Someone of the team on telegram wrote that they are speaking to multiple potential investors and are optimistic to reach soft cap. No idea what they will do if they don't raise enough.

I see that according to your roadmap the token sale was orginally planned for Q4 2018 but has been obviously postponed. Have you already set a new date for ICO?

Still no update from the team on the status of platform development? Communication channels also have no latest activity. Does anyone from the team have the will to inform us with the project's current situation?
I would also like to know about the status of the project. But from the lack of communication in the last weeks/months I assume their ICO wasn't successful and they abandoned the project. Yet I would be glad if someone had other/better news.
