Отвечаю.
На Пресейле мы собрали 614 Eth с 268 транзакций (примерно 185 000 $).
Сейчас готовим рекламную компанию на эти средства - запуск к концу следующей недели. Интенсивность рекламы будет нарастать к окончанию 1-го раунда ITO, т.к. практика проведения Пресейла показала: основные платежи проходили у нас именно в конце проведения нашего Pre-ITO.
Сейчас у нас запущен другой смарт контракт, на который пока очень мало перечислений в отсутствии рекламы по нашему проекту. В дни проведения хардфорка Биткоина рекламироваться как-то не хотелось.. Rosaccreditation is a state organization, and (it's a well known fact) it takes time for the government to act)
As I have already posted in our newsfeed we had guests from Rosaccreditation on the 29th of September on that very day, whereas the documents came only today (although they are dated 02/11/2017)
With the implementation of the metrology blockchain such inconviniences will cease to exist. )

How do you plan to raise 450 M?
and what happened if it'll be only 200 M?
The market has low competition in Russia, so we want to fill it. We have already opened one center and we plan to open 86 centers in central Russia. If we don't get enough tokens , it doesn't matter. Because after some time our tokens will be more costly and investors will get dividends.and what happened if it'll be only 200 M?

Actually no, just 2 % know about cryptocurrency, and 10 heard about it. Speaking about laws, there is nothing,which regulated cryptocurrency, but our government plan to ordain a law very soon.
