It's never good to lie. You can rephrase it in a way that you don't want to answer certain things directly. It's some sort of mastering communication technique.

When I see young people, I can't help but notice they are younger than their body's age.
I mean - IMMATURE.
Because of technology? Because they grew up surrounded by computers, cellphones, tablets and Playstations?
I can see it in their eyes. Sometimes I see young people and it is obvious to me that they are abnormally immature.
I see people on Facebook saying they are 14, 17 or 20 and yet when I look in their eyes, I feel like they think a lot younger than their age - IMMATURE.
Especially when I compare them to myself or people around me when we were at their age, young people are now MILES behind.
Am I the only who notice this?
I mean - IMMATURE.

This has to do with how they are raise with their parents. Passive parenting makes it worst when the youth of today don't get right advices as they go through life.
What will you do when you are in a bad mood?
I reflect with the learnings I should get and and unwind and talk to somebody close to release the emotion.

Not all. One of the rockets (a NEW one!) did not return to the landing pad.

Don't trust too much on people you don't know much and when you haven't met his family.

God talks to people in their minds and spirits. But these talks are not for other people to hear, except if they match what the Bible says.
The whole Bible is written to explain about Jesus Christ and salvation, so that people might come to believe in Jesus, and be saved to live with God, forever, in Heaven, and not be destroyed in Hell.
If anyone expresses something he says that God has spoken, and the things he expresses don't talk about or point to Jesus, whatever that person says is at least questionable. It may even be something a demon told him to speak. Or it may simply be his own ramblings.

I agree with this. Any supernatural experience that does not align with what the Bible is telling is not from God. Similarly, God will answer a prayer that is align to his will either yes or wait until he molds you to be ready to receive that otherwise expect a NO when you pray from selfish motives.
I know I have been in a lot of physical, mental and emotional stress lately which I think messed my health really bad. Blood pressure goes up, I get tired easily, I even have bad blood test results. . I hope I can cope up with the stress. What about you? Are you living a healthy life?

I only entertain positive thoughts and with that I can now easily adjust my goals to eat healthy foods and give time for exercises that fit me and pursue hobbies and things I'm passionate with.
Before I used to listen RNB and ballad and gospel songs. Now I find pop with a little rock music and Christian contemporary relaxing and energy releaser. I like the songs of Hanson, Ed Sheeran, Hillsong, Zach Williams, O-town, Big Daddy Weave and a lot more.
Foods that are good for fat includes those with high fiber like sweet potato, whole grains, vegetables and fruits. Add it with white meat as it has less cholesterol. Avoid or lessen foods with refined sugar such as cakes, cookies and sweet breads.
