Some ideas for nodes reward:
- Creation of a "mother's account" at coin launch.
- The password of this account is unknown, random, and only software knows it.
- Fees go always to the mother account.
- Periodically nodes receive proportional or random rewards from mother account.
- If the account balance decreases, fees rise, if balance rise, fees decrease, automatically.
This would also allow bounty the account initially, to provide fees were minimal in the first months.
I do not know if it would be possible or secure, but would be a decentralized system. Perhaps this could be included into client software too.

sorry If I sound naïve I like to understand this 100 per cent...if the IPO is closed and this is going to be trade in an exchange in less than 2 weeks that means the simcoin is already made, I mean is it alpha, beta or completed , as I read above it will not be trade by tokens by with real simcoins? and which exchange will it be? will the cost of one simcoin will be really $0,01?

Same here. I,m running 3 24/7 nodes weeks ago. Motivation is not forging rewards, is Nxt and his concept.
I think that the idea of reducing the fees by a factor of 10 or 100 is likely to pretty much completely get rid of the "mining mentality" (and will increase the # of transactions made) although one does need to be careful perhaps not to do this too soon as currently the "forging reward" is one of the main factors motivating people to run nodes.
My VPS Node has been running since the DDos war and my motivation is not forging rewards....my motivation is to keep Nxt running...period.

Entiendo que el Hallmark no es para enmascarar la IP, creo que es justo para lo contrario. Con él vinculas una cuenta a una IP probando así que eres el nodo dueño de esos fondos... Es para prevenir ataques.
No veo muy claro lo que comentáis de perder el anonimato por tener el cliente conectado. En principio tu IP no queda registrada en ningún sitio en la cadena de bloques. Creo además que sólo se ve en la lista de peers mientras estás conectado si la publicas, pero no queda vinculada a las transacciones...

no se porque no me funciona, ayer estuve toqueteando y desinstalando algunos programas, que aparentemente no tienen nada que ver con NXT ni Java. Por si acaso he actualizado Java, le he pasado el CCleaner al registro, etc. Pero sigue sin funcionar. al abrir la web (https://localhost:7875/)para entrar al cliente no me conecta (iniciando el archivo .bat antes claro) Alguna idea?

: y es recordar que las monedas siempre están online, la única diferencia entre lo que estamos denominando online y offline es la introducción de nuestra passfrase en el monedero, para de alguna manera demostrar al resto de la red que tenemos x monedas y estamos conectados con un equipo que da soporte a la red con x peso.Pero en principio, y desde el punto de vista informático, nada impide que exista otra manera de conectar un dispositivo a la red, demostrar que tenemos x monedas y estamos dando soporte, y no tener que usar nuestra pass. principal.
Eso se podría conseguir por ejemplo con una segunda password, u otro tipo de cliente / monedero, llamémosle 'minero' o forjador, que no comprometiera los fondos. Al fin y al cabo el sistema de forjado PoS es una forma -digamos artificial-, de obligar a que los poseedores de monedas contribuyan a la seguridad de la red aportando equipos que verifiquen las transacciones.
Aún si ese hipotético monedero no comprometiera los fondos, sí comprometería el anonimato de sus dueños.
¿Crees que Satoshi hubiera podido mantenerse anónimo de haber tenido que exponer constantemente su stake para contribuir a la seguridad de la red?

En el caso de Nxt, que es la moneda PoS que más conozco, el cliente 'oficial' incluye un parámetro (myHallmark) que si no me equivoco (hablo un poco de memoria), tiene la función de enmascarar la ip del nodo / monedero para mantener su anonimato. Es decir que, por lo menos en el caso de nxt, el autor contempló este asunto.
Otra cosa es que ese sistema sea 100 % eficaz, y lo siga siendo con el tiempo...Está claro que es algo que el PoS tendrá que demostrar en la práctica, tal como Satoshi ha hecho al permanecer estos años en el anonimato
