Re: Can Libra Disrupt The Financial/Economic System?
by
shinharu10282016
on 11/08/2019, 15:14:43 UTC
But we know that already that it is not sure set cryptocurrency , right now there is like a program already into play which will come out in 2020 , we cannot yet decide for ourselves if it is really a threat or not , if it is a scam that would only be recognized correctly in 2020, we should know that right now it is nothing more than a experimental code.
- according to the facts

But considering how Facebook is already problematic with things considering the privacy of the users I think I won't be blindly able to trust libra now.
But let's see ...

We just have to wait for it and decide for ourselves if it is really worth the risk or maybe there will be no risk.

Libra might later be able to provide something new in an economic and financial system where the blockchain system is implemented and also the number of companies that support is not a small matter of course the target of this project that in the future will be great

The hype of those people who believes in crypto's capability is always there so why ask for something that isn't even clear except its name. But it will be good if it can really help companies.

Those pictures depict the reality of modern capitalism and slavery. Donald Trump is an idiot and Zuckerberg is a business-minded theif. I don't care if Donald Trump shuts facebook's Libra down. It was supposed to be data-stealing money making machine for facebook.

Well all of the things people enjoy today has that 'data stealing' mechanic you are talking about and quite honestly 'permissions' are there for you to let that data go to them without calling it 'stealing'.

Re: UTRUST
by
shinharu10282016
on 07/07/2019, 18:15:26 UTC
you're right for both. these are two reasons for price growth. and I see this project does not have both this reasons, so it's difficult to expect that there will be a price increase, because even investors are no longer interested in this project. maybe last month we saw a little hope, the UTK token went up but it didn't last long. and now prices have fallen again.

And the fact that Utrust was a part of icos that raised insane sums without a working product. That's unheard of in the real world investing. Even if this gets to be a mainstream payment system, it would take more time then most of the crypto investors are used to, and keeping that speculative price up would need insane amount of determination. And then there was pretty high bounty that was basically free money to dump.

Now utrust needs to prove itself once again that it could bring something that others don't. Things have shifted after the ico and now there is real competition for this platform. I am afraid that Utrust is not anymore ahead on the vision on how the online payments should be done.

The only ones I see at fault here are the investors who fall into this project. It is quite good but no working product? You guys ever heard of a ROADMAP inside a white paper?

One thing, if D.Trump knew about Bitcoin, his financial advisors could've advised him against it. Number one reason? Its volatile. Number two, its illegal according to their laws.

It is really a bad thing if that happens. KYC was supposed to help fight those who are doing bad things now that things have changed, projects should be held accountable if that happens.

Re: Token Sale Evolution?
by
shinharu10282016
on 06/07/2019, 10:56:53 UTC
When a certain model goes out of favor, something new comes out. In the case of token sales, it started with ICOs then comes STOs. A few months later, some people are rushing to join the IEO craze. Just when I thought I've heard it all, two new models came out. Just today, I read about STEO (Security Token Exchange Offering) and OEO (Order Book Exchange Offering).

I appreciate the effort of these people to bring something new to the market but all these looks the same to me. Just a change in how it's being packaged.

What do you guys think will be next?

The exchange sale are evolving according to the choice of investors but not all of these terms are mutually exclusive.
For example STO is a type of ICO, it's not necessary that every STO be better than ICO. And every STO are also ICO unless they are hosted on exchange which makes them IEO.
And now the STO being hosted on exchange are given a name of STEO. Many of the ICO also claims to be STO to sound impressive but they have no direct way of providing dividends to the investors like real STOs.

To be honest they are just all the same. They all are issuing their tokens/cryptocurrencies. Whatever they do, they all just want money to fund their projects.

Why are you guys taking the name of Ethereum instead of making your own? Since your project is solely another project and another platform for people to consider. Why not brand it anew and make a name for yourself?

Re: The economic function of Bitcoin
by
shinharu10282016
on 04/07/2019, 11:13:56 UTC
Bitcoins have different economic functions. It acts as a central bank. Bitcoins are known as fixed quantities as stocks have limited supplies. The rapid rise in prices has given us many different questions. What is the economic function of this algorithmic currency?

Exchange function of Bitcoin

Anyone with a bitcoin address can use bitcoin. It is impossible to know who controls each address. Therefore bitcoin must be freely exchanged. This means "sacrifice" that bitcoin has created. This free flow of capital can be from any source. This allowed the bitcoin to become worthless a few years ago.

When this currency is rising in value over time. This is due to the limited provision of bitcoins. While there is increasing demand for them. This is similar to how you bought Apple stock in 1980 during your IPO. You will have to pay $ 22 per share. Due to the limited supply of Apple shares and the increase in demand. Today it is valued at $ 520 per share

At present, Bitcoin is going down continuously, so is it a deflation?
but it is not stable for long time that is the positive thing from the Bitcoin if we think that Bitcoin going down then suddenly it will grow up and the situation is happening many time so that we need to wait for the decision making if you take good decision then it will give loss in some times

I think it is stable enough though. My reason? Its because it doesn't favor those who have large amounts to take advantage of being rich in fiat money at all. Since people are occassionally going in the market, we can only see a part of the people who are having these Bitcoins get rich 'slowly' not entirely destroying the current wealth proportion of the world's economy especially in cryptocurrency.

on 27/06/2019, 17:03:12 UTC
Actually, that's a good thing but the problem is, no one in the crypto space would want to go and do that. They can just give back the payments if ever the IEO/ICO fails. That's their job. However, what if the project is not legit? Would they be willing to pay that large amounts just to scam people? Insurance is a big thing. And it also means different perspective for the investors and the managers.

Nobody has realized that jinbi has disappeared from blockfolio...

yeah, but is still on CMC, showing awful volumes
those are bots playing with the token, or what is your opinion, who is doing this daily volume?

Probably the team behind it. Nobody saw this coming that this will be another fake kind of project who only wants to hype and not pay what they are due for. Sad that if you really like the project, they betray all your expectations right after they got your money.

Somewhere, a group is preparing an attack on Bitcoin. It will come around the next big pump. The attackers will have an exponentially large advantage of computing power. If the network isn't compromised, it will be severely damaged.
Any reliable source of this info? What can you say about the extent of damage it will cost? And how are you so sure they are going to have an exponentially large advantage of computing power? If there is a legit source, then it can be real. Otherwise, just another FUD here.

I would say those are what you can call a safe box on your own. Since they work as a flash drive and a safe box which takes care of the money you stored in your digital crypto wallet. These are the safest and most convenient way to store all of the hard-earned profit and lets you felt at ease against hackers.

by

You guys are really pathetic. I asked why you don't update your bounty sheet and you just block me from both telegram groups. How sensitive are you? I said it on telegram and now I will say it here and this time you cannot remove it Smiley

This project is a joke. They can't afford to turn down participants but they do. This says a lot for the mentality of those behind the project. The fact that they can't even handle a simple spreadsheet for less then 10 people just shows how truly lazy they are.

Why invest in a project that can't even finish one spreadsheet? Now you want to give that same team money? What else won't the finish? If you manage your token as badly as your campaign I won't be surprised it fails.

Why join a project that can't even finish one spreadsheet then? The bounty and the team of the project are both different. It is one of the rules of the main telegram and the bounty.

Don't ask anything about the campaign on the main telegram as it will get you really blocked. I see that you are not new in these camps. Why not just assume it is the same with all the projects out there?
