Before investing, I will surely do a full research which include reading the whitepaper, analysing the business model, joining the community chat and etc. IMO, the business model make the project interesting.

My strategy is the same as yours which is to buy coins when the prices are low. I think it is a good and safe strategy since we are not skilful traders. IMO, it is important to be able to differentiate real news vs fuds in order to survive in the crypto world.

As of now, I am still seeing ETH to be the market leader for smart contracts. But we never know, maybe there will be a great project coming up to replace ETH in becoming the smart contract market leader.

IMO, I don’t think it is possible for the governments to ban all privacy coins. It is really difficult to ban all of them. Privacy coins have good potential and I have invested in a couple of privacy coins.

IMO, as long as the project is disruptive and feasible, both ICO and IEO are effective in raising funds. No, blockchain technology is no the only way to raise fund, there are other methods out there. So the project developers usually choose the one that is suitable for their business. As far as I remember, ETH raise fund through a mainstream crowd funding platform.

I agreed with OP. Courage is actually important in crypto and daily life. Panic selling happen when investors are feeling fear from all the bad news and it usually lead to investment losses. Hence, I think courage, confidence and the ability to analyse are important factors for an investor.

You do not need a huge capital to start trading crypto. Any amount above $100 that you are comfortable with will be a good amount of capital to start.

Just do lots of research to find the potential coin which will bring you good profit and refrain from asking random people which coin to buy. Make your own decision, you will learn if you failed

I prefer Coinmarketcap because it has everything I need and working well. I have been using it since years back and I am pleased with the information. So, I don’t think I will switch to ForbesCrypto for the time being.

Firstly, have you done research on the other altcoins? If you think the other altcoins have bigger potential than ETH, then yes you should move to ETH. If not, stay with ETH.
