Got WOF again today. They gave 6 WOF as before, 6 per day. But where is the rest of the WOF for all the missed days?
It happened before to me 3 days without WOF 24 spins and it's gone with the wind nothing after that they just continue the WOF without the lost one
So don't think they will this time also

First in first, I do not think a customer care is going to answer you, so don't get to excited or hopeful.
Secondly, if what I understand is correct, 47 Sats is tiny, if this as you claim disappeared from your account, I believe it's something you can easily let go, but also think deeply and make sure you didn't actually gamble it away, maybe by buying lottery ticket or playing Hi-Lo.
Which ever be the case, I just want to let you know that my freebitco account balance is untouched, so be sure this number of sats actually disappeared from your account without you using them.

I look that link up but for me now nothing I didn't receive any mail from freebit to confirm any withdrawal and I have my 2FA active long time since they started it
All I know that they stop the premium WOF and I woke up to find my account is 47 sat only I refresh the page thought its a glitch or something but now nothing I rool one time thinking it would be back but it came only to 50 sat ??

We are approaching 2 weeks now without the WOF spins for premium members. What on earth is going on? How can it take so long to fix it? Just more evidence that Freebitco.in is partly abandoned.
- Not with everyone. As premium member, I have been receiving WoFs daily, including less than one hour ago and this has been my usual.
As premium member I didn't receive any of my premium daily WOF and more worth that the take all my BTC and left me with 50 sat
And that's happened on my day today to unlock my FUN token that was stocked in that site

when this issue over Wheel Of Fortune will fixed, we will receive our past/losed WOF?

When the spins didnt appear on the day previously, they were credited in retrospect for the days missing prior. So I wont be worrying too much on it but its a good point to notice and raise as an issue.
I noticed there is a banner for a forthcoming bonus golden tickets offer on the free roll. Can anyone remember the terms for that offer, was it 2 or 3 days to qualify for the 10, 20 & 30 roll requirement on bonus gold.

Looks like Freebitco.in is facing a lot of challenges now. Since for what I see in this thread there's a lot of user complaining a lot of things which is not really good to see. Also don't know what's happening to them and there's no one coming from their side answering questions so for sure that a lot of issues also heated up discussion will grow up especially if there's no support will handle this cases. I hope this is not the sign the Freebitco.in will come to an end since they are somehow became an institution of gambling industry in this forum and its sad to see them departing like this since they already got huge player base. So hopefully there are just minor issue happening and they came back here to settle those possible problem then help those people have legitimate issues solve those troubles what they encounter from their casino.
User support, or rather the lack of it, is probably one of the main drawbacks of freebitcoin. However, I highly doubt that freebitcoin will end in the foreseeable future. At least because there is still a huge active audience, including whales, who are willing to wager huge amounts of BTC. A good example is a user who won the Lambo lottery and then wagered several hundreds of BTC on the freebitcoin site.
I have an idea why i don't watch tickets picked up " live " on their channel on Twitter or YouTube so I know how that algorithm work to pick up the winning tickets in limbo or even weekly contests , it's just an idea hope to be able to do that , must of other contests do that live and shows the winning tickets !!!
