Cryptoriya Project is aiming to be a remittance center like a platform where you can encash your cryptocurrency whenever or wherever you like in the world. Is there any minimum cash out or maximum cash out for those people who are trying to use their platform?
This project does not just aiming to become a global remittance but it will use the economic trend which is cryptocurrency to remit, withdraw and exchange across the borders of the world.I just dont know if CryptoRiya will offer a minimum amount of charges from their user. Can we sell anything in here as long as it is not illegal? So cars can be sold here? We have an online shop here in our country, just like this but it's not based on blockchain technology. How can we verify a seller if its product is legit? I mean, from country to another country transactions. There should be an escrow to protect buyers from bogus sellers.
Well, I think that everything can probably sold or set off to be bid at as long as it isn't illegal since they did not put any restrictions or limitations as to what people can sell in their platform. Now, the legitimacy of the item will obviously be the problem of the platform itself and not by the bidders/buyers and escrowing the transactions will most probably be also handled by the platform personnel or something. Point is, it will be their job to make sure that the users will get an easy life when they use the fairninja platform.
Pardon me but I have to rephrase your statement. "Anything and everything", as long as it is legal and not prohibited by law. I think Fair Ninja don't want to be involved in something that is not right and this will surely make his classified platform a success.

It won't be the first time for anyone applying for a job to apply and submit their personal datas and information but was not hired in the end. And no one ever question what happened to their papers submitted on different HR company. The process is similar to this , only it is in a digital way.

I didn't get all the sentences but main thing is: 1. You can send your crypto to your existing card(visa, mastercard, check wp for others); 2. You can withdraw cash or use that for shopping; 3. You may encash your crypto as well and it might work like receiving money from someone through money transfer cos.

This project is really amazing. With so much feature that solve the employment problems both on applicant and employer. I don't know how can this be implemented immediately, but I am looking forward to this project to succeed.
I see and read on the first couple of pages of this thread that the platform is officially running and have some applicants on their platform but it is only on their local are on INDIA. They said that they are planning to implement the platform worldwide so anyone can use it and find a job through their platform.

yes trustlogic system would probably not work in all countries but the important thing is they will be able to help some people wherein their system is applicable. I also don't expect some high end companies to work with trust logics as they would probably prefer hiring and verifying data on their own.

Who will request to verify the certificate from a jobseeker, is it the recruiter or the jobseeker? Forgive me I know this question is ridiculous but i ask anyway, is it ok to use trust logics platform by the recruiter only to hire jobseeker and not to have their verified data? Maybe to save money...

That was great! the traditional way of hiring attempts to do this verification by simply using background checks. But if the previous company doesn't exist anymore which believed to be closed already, there's no way that they can verify. But by Trustlogics, there is an available database of companies which we can verify the status of the company and if it does really exist in the past.
i dont think thats a good idea, in order for the applicant to get the job they want they need to put all the information needed for the recruiter to find if this applicant is suitable for the position. even if the certain company is closed and cant provide employment certificate theres still a way that the applicant can tell that he work their in the past the recruiter can check or call his trusted character reference in which that person was working with him before in that same company.

Effect of your problem: You wont be hired by any company since they will not be able to view your credential as potential employee of their company. Even businesses do make advertisement and promotion to sell their products. As employees we actually sell our professional services to the company. For them to be able to decide if we fit the job, they need to get your information. If you still don't want to share your information to the company, its better for you to become an entrepreneur or business person.
I totally agree with you on this. Life is all about sales. You are selling yourself (talents and skills) and they are selling their company (job opportunities). In selling something, we should have specifications that the company needed. We should be fit to the requirement or else we have no use and place on their company. What good about Trustlogics is that our top secret data will be secured and only be given to those who are really looking for someone like us.

This is a necessity for Trustlogics. Imagine if there will be millions and million of user data in your platform, recruiters will find it hard to check everything one by one. Who decides on the Keyword to be used on a persons profile? Are we on the liberty to put our keyword, for example as an Accountant? Words like accounting, taxation, accountant can be used as keyword right?
In addition to this I think recruiters will also need to be able to filter applicants or prospective employees by age, location/country, gender and other similar categories. This will surely reduce the time for companies or recruiters to check applicants profile and the hiring process in general.

I dont think Bidium will control the advertisements of job posted by employers, as to which one is allowed and which one is not. As long as they pay they are allowed to post. Bidium will just serve as a freelance job hunting place i think. Applicants can just scroll as much as they want and find the best offer that suits their skills. I also hope they will have offers that suits my skills. 
Well, the truth is there already exists a lot of freelance hiring sites for free out there (yes, absolutely free, not a single cent to spend), even Bidium recognizes that and even made a comparison chart as one can see from their other channels.
But the thing is this, Bidium offers this freelance hiring service in a decentralized nature on top of blockchain technology. Sounds really fancy isn't it?

Hi Jnissi! Sorry to burst your bubble but even centralized platforms can accommodate applicants without being bound by any geographical locations. Anything on the world wide web can reach anyone in any part of the globe as long as you have an internet access. So that nullifies your point on geographical boundaries under a decentralized platform.

I hope with the trust logics will end or lessen the problem of unemployment in the whole world, i believe that all of us have own skill and knowledge but they don't see the right place to go to... By the trust logics even the lazy person can apply by just register and upload their credentials to them, update their status and wait to verified your application...
I think Trustlogics will lessen the problems of unemployed people but it maybe 50% for awhile but as time goes by perhaps it will be in good

I believe it is necessary for them to put the country where the company is located and also for the users to have their nationality. Companies do base their hiring process on the qualifications of the applicant but most companies do prefer to have their employees living nearby so they wont be late for work.
the trust logic main office could probably based on particular country but the operation would all be online so it doesn't matter where the jobseeker and employer are located. The focus is to match a candidate to a particular job that he/she is qualified.
