@sid7039 are you sending at least 20 STR? You need to send enough to meet the minimum balance, so a little more than 20STR.

Bittrex contacted me and said that there are problems with accounts with less than 20 balance that hadn't been ever used. They are looking at it.
Case closed. Problem solved. Couldn't transfer from Bittrex because my account was less than 20 balance and hadn't been ever used = inactive account. Good man helped me sending me 20 STR what activated my account and now transfers/deposits are working.

No its not due to your Balance, What message you receive when you transfer? First of all you can send PM to Support, I think there is Problem with you Account. Secondly you can make new account its Not difficult to create a new account with out any issue.

Why it will be broken, i created an account yesterday its working fine. By the which site you are using to receive stellar, launch.stellar.org or some else?
I'm using launch.stellar.org.
Want to check if my old Stellar account is broken, not the new one. Because if the old one have broken in some way then possible the new one also could break in the future.

Are there any major differences between this and XRP?
Stellar is trying to be Ripple with the evil taken out, i.e. much better distribution, a democratic process with voting on the use of newly generated coins, and an emphasis on regular users and community projects (whereas Ripple's emphasis is firmly on integration with financial institutions like banks).
Edit: Also run by a non-profit foundation rather than as a business.
Very well stated. Given that the Ripple Protocol is impressive tech and much of the Ripple hatred is RL related - I have high hopes for this project.

Hmmm. I don't see any transactions on the Stellar ledger for your wallet. Have you reached out to Bittrex? Seems like it might be on their end.

Sold ARCH (a few days ago) and make (successfull) BTC withdrawal. So in some way they are operating for sure.

Or did you know this that they were hacked at one point and still continued to keep your coins there for trading when they reopened?
If you didn't know it, then I don't blame you but I would ask you to keep your eyes and ears open on what's going on in crypto world, but if you did and you still felt the need to use the exchange, then I am sorry to say but that's just dumb.
I hope you get them out whenever you possibly can (although I don't think it will ever happen) and start to look elsewhere as there are other exchanges which aren't hacked yet.

I had some coins at bter before their last hack and heard about their problems.
I logged quite a few weeks ago, everything looked working until tried to withdraw my ARCH coins.
It looks that BTER is a black hole today - their site looks fully operational, deposits are working but withdrawals not.

The most undervalued coin is actually bitcoin, So bitcoin is still the best choice if you want to invest cryptocurrence.
