They want to verify ALL the accounts fromt this vpn ip ?
Support Chris says me i must log in in the other accounts and verify how i do this ? really?

So i have uploaded ALL the Documents Proof of Adress ID and the support over 1 week do nothing close the chat!!

I have write support they tell me be patient it must be all accounts checked with my ip adress, but i use VPN it can be 100 users and i must wait ?
Thats not correct i have only deposits with bitcoin never with other payments or anything i have a clear history i have withdraws without problems deposits to and now it is a problem i have uploaded my documents and after 4 days they have nothing! thats not fair and for me a scam i have never play with bonus or use bonus only with my money played than i have win they dont withdraw it is not a big win over 300 euros but money is money! I dont understand this why they do it with me.

I hope the casino manager read this

HE SCAMMED ME!

I have play 6 month everyday on this site pay in everyday 20-50 euro and withdraw was no problems, now he want documents i upload my documents and they say me you use vpn we must check all accounts i wait more than 2 days and i wait and wait i have 350 euro win and want to withdraw and they dont want to give me!

he says other account from me have upload the documents and that!

Support dont want to connect me to the manager!

He Say me only other accounts from me must upload documents, so i must wait of other accounts not correct!

I use VPN, in my land i can not play this games!

I have upload all Documents what you need and never was a problem now is a problem

when i become my money i change the feedback here but

i have all proofs clear history never problems

DONT TRUST

I have never pay in with creditcard or anything only bitcoin never scam or kidding the site and that you make sick seriously players not fair!!

When bitstarz want to solved this is ok but i dont understand this all month dont was a pronblem now is a problem!
