is cloudbet down?

I have send the transaction hash and screenshots where it is obvious that the deposited money wasn't credited, the support before that was certain the amount was credited but the screenshots and a look at my account proved wrong. The support apologized for their mistake and the technical was going to look further in to it.

I don't know how this is even possible to have this problem. I'm still waiting for over 24 hours to be credited the deposit to  my account.

I deposited bitcoins a couple of hours ago, it says confirmed under wallet transactions but my balance has not been updated yet. anyone else with the same  problem?

it would be helpful if there would be an indication what the limit's are, now it's just guessing,  and manually re-adjusting stakes

it used to be fun playing at cloudbet, I think I'm going to find another place

anyone else having problems live betting? already weeks it always says "please  reduce stake and try again" it doesn't say what the limit it or nothing.

I was having doubts about bitcoin sportsbooks after poor customer service from two other books.

I'm waiting almost four hours and a half for a live bet to be graded, this morning it took over 2 hours.

Is this normal at anonibet? Live bets at other books get almost instant graded.

I understand prematch non live bets can take some time. But not for live bets.
