Then you might be out of luck. Not sure if I mentioned it earlier, there's zero support from Coinpot. It's a one-man-show.
coinpot is just NOT reliable IMO

I just made a withdraw request and the confirm mail arrived within 10 mins, might mean they fixed their mail server.
Some ppl are getting confirm email but not me.

i have a question, everyone use gmail only ?? because i can`t sign up with yahoo or hotmail, I don`t receive a confirmation email, it is not in the spam folder. 
Why not try Gmail? It's more sophisticated and so far there are hardly any issues with receiving emails. Even if the email is suspected as Spam, it would still fall in the appropriate folder.
It does not matter, for the coinpot email server is not working.

It's not the first time they have problems with their mail server.
So far they have always fixed this, can only take a few days, maybe even weeks.
Meanwhile, as long as you continue to make claims from their faucets (which doesn't require a login to Coinpot itself), you don't lose anything, except of a bit of time.

try gmail account as i am also having issue with my yahoo account on FB and other sitesI have tried gmail and still no confirm email.

I left my tokens on Ledger/Trezor, what should I do?
If your ERC20 Theta Tokens were on a hardware wallet at the time of the snapshot, your mainnet Theta Tokens and Theta Fuel are safe but it will take a bit of extra work to access them on mainnet. You will need to either wait until Ledger/Trezor integrates the new Theta blockchain (working on it, but no ETA since they are back logged) or extract your private key from Ledger/Trezor and import it to the Theta web wallet (this requires some advanced cryptographic knowledge). But your tokens aren't lost, you just might not be able to access them immediately.
