the file is a txt file "wallet-backup-date.txt"...
My guess is you should try to open it with Bitcoin Wallet on Android. Does that sound familiar?
It was an old Multibit wallet that needed to be decrypted using openssl with my password....

So about a month ago i was able to get the data from a 2016 HD back and found one of my old wallet files but the files seems to be decoded on base 64 (??)
maybe he sent it to the wrong address. I beleive that LTC and BTC addresses start with 3, segwit you can't find address 36ezRREzDYH3uSvADoSSpoLZrFVigQkmLp in your BTC addresses. Can you find it in your LTC addresses? maybe you transfered it to a segwit LTC address
Good call

Re: URGENT - Is my Ledger damaged? Big tip for successful retrieval of my BTC
I read this another forum: Send another BTC from your wallet but this time chose TX with the high fee! and miner will confirm your both TX Is it true for blockchain?
No, not on blockchain... This only works if you make a payment with the unspend and unconfirmed input... CPFP.

Unless you all hold the private keys from the receiving address there is nothing you can do but use free accelerators and try your luck....

112 sat/B is very low these days...
If you own the private keys to one of the receiving addresses and you have a wallet like Electrum you can do a CPFP i think.

Im not 100% sure but i think the amount you want to send creates tx with a high fee because of the congested network causing the fee to be higher than the amount to send or a fee so high that the amount to send is lower than the fee. I could be wrong though.
