By any chance your post is in some of the boards mentioned in this topic? Bumping changes on some boards
I suggest you to read the topic and understand the rules. Also the current topic you created is not suitable for Beginners & Help board. If I was you then I would move it to the Meta board.

No, it was according to all rules. The thread was about Bounty in Bounties section. After it was created, the next second I went to the list and it was not there.
Why created thread is not visible in the general list of category
Hi. I'm a big boy, not a newbie, but I keep sking myself, why... why? I created a thread but it is not appearing in main category list where all threads are shown. Just created - it should appear in the top, but it did not. If I write there something, it does not help. I know another guy having same problem. We tried both putting smileys and special symbols in the Subject. No point. Please help!

Я где то с неделю присматриваюсь к Utorg. Технически мне все нравится, всё очень юзерфрендли, даже слишком, порой кажется. О доверии пока ничего сказать не могу, а то видал разных. Да и работает она еще только в бета режиме. Кто что слышал про них? Может кто-то тоже юзает?
Я тоже записался к ним на Beta-тестирование. Все нравится. Биржа конечно новая, но от опытных людей. По этому пока в основном завожу крипту и вывожу фиат. Выгодно получается.
Чем обменники не подходят? Если большинство бирж требуют от клиента прохождения верифа, то с обманщиками таких проблем нет.
Правда проблема может возникнуть если будете выводить к себе на пластик.
Еще можно посмотреть в сторону AdvCash, но там необходимо верефнуться, да и данные они без проблем могут передать органам по запросу. Впрочем этим недостатком страдают и обменники.
+ localbitcoins, тоже как вариант, если использовать этот ресурс грамотно.

В Европе AdvCash не работает увы (карты), и да, легко передают данные куда не надо, в случае чего. После подписания рядом стран доков о сотрудничестве, мало осталось офшорных юрисдикций.

If not true, why there's so big buthurt of bounty hunters? 
Впервые попробовал ucode. Отличный тул. Хотя честно говоря, не совсем очевидно было найти его. Мне кажется, лучше в меню (!) сделать специальный раздел, либо в Финансах выделить это и добавить кнопки Создать uCode рядом с Проверить и Использовать.

Оказывается, у вас в фейсбуке пост был про бету. Обязательно поучаствую, плюшки в виде бесплатных комиссий на пол года лишними не бывают 
Мне кажется, это больше зависит от вас и вашего позиционирования на рынке. Бирж много и каждую предпочитают за что то конкретное кол-во пар, маржиналка, фиатные шлюзы и пр. Мне, как полупрофи трейдеру, кажется, что как минимум к рублю и гриве пары можно сделать. К тому же это было бы близко и вашему позиционированию. имхо
The hunters are to blame for the fact that the price of the token fell upon entering the market - this is a ridiculous statement. The project management is to blame. They knew how the bounty works and should have foreseen everything. Pay ETH hunters for that matter, and the token will not fall.
PM is to blame for not marketmaking in short term and developing project in long run. But why everyone consider a new post ICO token as something valuable? BTC price does not drop to 100$ because people consider it a value. After another ICO finishes tokensale, who cares about it much? Bounth guys sell their tokens. Then everything depend on PM.
