can someone explain to me how a miner's predicted payout with the same(almost) h/s as mine gets like 15 bcr and me only 2 bcr?

miner h/m vs pool h/m, but it seems it adjusts over time (its h/s but w/e)

wiped all the previous data, redownloaded the chain and seems all went well

p2pool personal hashrate is wrong, or needs some time to adjust?

downloaded the latest wallet, opened it, asked me to rebuild the blockchain, i pressed yes and stuck at 40k block

what -o i need to put?

which miner do you use for p2pool?

i have a .conf which looks like this

and a .bat like this

clpts_x86-64 -o localhost:8776 -u username.address:x -g 2 -a 0

and works just fine

i only have those nodes in my .conf and my wallet crashes randomly too. i need to relaunch it a few times, seems like a bug or something
