What Happened::I've sent them 970 EUR via SWIFT on 4 December 2017.It was never processed into my balance. They cannot find it ever since. I have contacted with support and all they offer is more apologies. It has been nearly

CEX.IO is obliged to compensate for damage they caused to their customers. Even if they fail to locate incoming transactions its not our responsibility.
Besides, money is the easiest thing to track in the world unless there are
shady things going on (Their "third party" bank or themselves). while every data is available to their use being "being unable to locate the money" and apologies are nothing but jokes. Even a chimpanzee could have solved a customer ticket by now.
If you are another victim and they provide a website in your language you can file a
FRAUD/SCAM complaint to your local police department or tech crimes department.
Finally
DON'T send them anything other than coins. it seems only thing they hold on to and manage to do is their crypto market.
