Whatever happened to SBR?
AFAIK they decided to stop working with SBR after that incident where Fairlay tried to steal cryptocurrency, due to them accusing the player of money laundering. Not sure if they offered to donate those ‘dirty’ btc to charity at the time.

All Fairlay's excuses are a joke. A few days ago Pinnacle/Bet365 and other bookies were taking bets on team they suspect in match fixing.

This situation is a nice opportunity to actually rephrase my question
so here it is :
were the bets in this case actually matched on/by Pinnacle, i.e. Pinnacle was the market maker ?
for those of you not aware, Fairlay is actually an exchange, kind of like Betair, where anybody can create a market and accept bets on it. Alternatively anybody can bet on markets created by others.
there is always a sporting offer on Fairlay, the markets are exactly as on Pinnacle with the exact same odds. Fairlays terms and conditions mention that they actually use Pinnacle terms and conditions. From some posts and comments i also understood that Pinnacle is the default market maker.
thats why i asked if the above mentioned bets on potential match fixing games were actually matched on/by Pinnacle.

Also why would you need an arbitrator here when you rely completely on Pinnacle? Just ask Pinnacle how they settled those bets. Pretty sure they paid out every cent.
After all Pinny has been in business for 25 years and they know what they are doing, not sure about Fairlay tho.
Do I understand correctly that you only won $1.5k from their bookie but they still confiscated $15k? If so, that's thieft 
I tried to find when they changed the TOS with no luck but my Russian friend successfully verified his account no more than a week ago and withdrew all his winnings, so it must be a very recent change. He also told me that Sportsbook is no longer available to him, so it's not really clear how you violate their TOS if they just disabled Sportsbook for any Russian player right after the TOS change.
Personally, I had a similar case when the casino put my country on the list of banned countries and retroactively canceled my winnings, but after complaining to the licensor, they obliged to pay out every penny.

I don't know what's going on, but I've been waiting for over two days for my withdrawal to be approved.
I have been waiting since October 20. I submitted the documents on October 24 and no news since than . All they can say is, "Dear friend, there is no need to worry, it is under investigation." idk maybe they are waiting for me to cancel my cashout and gamble away all my funds.

Are you limited? I read that with a limit they ask for documents and then don't pay
Yes, they lowered the betting limits on most leagues except WC and a few others.
Before the limit, they had no problem withdrawing $450, but once I profited $300-400 over my deposits they cut limits and here i go.
