Is this supposed to be a release or something? Mainnet launch? Nah can't be that, that web based miner has been active for months

Says on the page that main net launched on March 2, 2018. Ninja mine? And SHA256 for a new coin? It's going to be susceptible to attack.

Mate your ETC withdrawal is there. Etherscan is for ETH not ETC. http://gastracker.io/tx/0xd7f98db4e274012026c0ed7c2438798f0b6d6f53c48e56d0854558f6555b22ba

My support ticket from Dec 21 is still being ignored. My account was disabled after it was downgraded to basic and I tried to get enhanced verification. Have 2 accounts and told them to delete my other account which has nothing on it, and my disabled account has a LOT including my XZC masternode on it.  Ticket #823236.

Wow loving the 5.0 release; my solution rate more than doubled!!!

My miner with 6x RX 480 4GB + 1 8GB and Celeron 1840 CPU went from 330-450 Sol/s (very inconsistent, likely due to maxed out CPU) to 800-850 sol/s and only 20% CPU usage.

This is why we should not reinvest, sell our current miners for $7500 ea of which we have 35. This yields $262500 + reinvestment funds would give a buyout of .02.  For people who got in early it would be about a ~40% loss, but it's much better than losing any more of what we already have.
I think we should liquidate too.

Elvis no disrespect but where is your intel coming from that Bitcoin price will rise higher??? If we don't do anything now our share price will keep plummeting as it has been for the past few weeks!
Oh wow are you going to feel silly in a couple months. With that said, we should probably be putting some (30-40%?) of the reinvestment funds into new equipment while waiting for the price to push higher.

Yikes the LTC/BTC exchange rate is not looking good, and LTC difficulty also shot up 25% this week. I'm anticipating low dividends and a drop in share price.

Hey guys, you're all missing the biggest issue with this calculation - it has a 10% conversion rate (USD/BTC) increase per MONTH built in. Remove that and you'll make a whopping $2000 on your $1.3M investment.

You CANNOT allow for an increase in the conversion rate to be factored into mining profitability, as you can simply hold the equivalent in BTC and see the same USD-denominated increase.
I am seeing $1.3M profit by August, not $2000. http://thegenesisblock.com/mining/a/d9a917bb39

You can't really have a second one anyway it's an initial PO. There really was only one, the 'second' was just a re-write and offer-price of shares was adjusted due to market demand.
Well there was an IPO for AMC at .0005 which went towards buying Avalon chips etc. Then the second IPO at .0025 was when the company was restructured so that ActiveMining would become the parent company of both AMC and VMC. The price was not due to market demand. It was the amount that the remaining shares of the 10 million had to be sold at to reach the $1M NRE for eASIC and only ~115,000 shares are left out of the 10,000,000 public shares.

I think Ken should put up a bid wall at .005 before we go live to prevent panic sells.
Anyone else think it's a good idea?
So basically you want the company to throw away money buying shares back? People panic selling has no impact on the company's ability to move forward. If you really want share buybacks then they could be done 10x cheaper for .0005 which the original IPO was done at.

So the addition to our portfolio of a custom, top-end, 55nm that has a very high volume production capacity from UMC could be a very very fortunate - or smart - development for VMC. If our competitors (X-farm mining) can only source 100k chips per quarter while we can source 300k chips per quarter and our chips cost 60% of the cost to fab and run in their life-time than X-farms chips, then we can grow our farm above and beyond the capacity of X-farm to grow theirs.
Yes the foundries may be able to pump out chips, but will the board manufacturers be able to keep up? I don't mean producing the PCBs -- that should be easily scalable, but actually mounting the chips could be labor intensive especially since the 55nm ones are only ~1.2 cm^2.

You are ignoring the original point which is that we don't know where the money is
Have you seen KnC's accounts?
Have you seen HashFast's accounts?
No, because they are private companies and do not have a responsibility to inform shareholders.

Actually we don't know where the money is. How much did buying the 55nm IP cost? How much is it costing to upgrade the 28nm to a full custom (higher NRE cost ..?)? How much money is being refunded for preorders, and was the preorder money converted to BTC?

All of that I really don't care about - for two reasons:
You are ignoring the original point which is that we don't know where the money is and should. Just because you don't care doesn't change that fact (since you like to speak of "facts" so much).

Where is the money? How has the money been used?
That is the only question that needs an answer really, and always conveniently ignored.

There is 54,000 USD in the dividend wallet - accounted for.
There was 106,000 USD stolen by Ukyo and now in theory tied up in his shares.
There are several Million dollars in company liquid assets - as stated in company financial release.

Now please FO. We are grown ups and we can look after ourselves.

Actually we don't know where the money is. How much did buying the 55nm IP cost? How much is it costing to upgrade the 28nm to a full custom (higher NRE cost ..?)? How much money is being refunded for preorders, and was the preorder money converted to BTC?

The financial reports have also been rather lacking as EskimoBob has pointed out several times.

Thankfully I fall in neither category. I'm a realist, I think this company will pay off for me but I'm not gonna cheer lead it all the way to the finish line.
I agree that you are a realist, and one of the few who doesn't fill this thread with mindless drivel (either cheerleading or trolling).

if ken would get these shares on an exchange, we could at least see our divs...we are owed divs since bf shut down...if we saw divs, that would quell a lot of the shit-storm of scam accusations.

I couldn't agree anymore.  This should be a priority along with the core business atm.

I don't know how much of a "priority" that "working on the core business" is when Ken is sitting on here all day deleting posts and not answering anyone's pertinent questions.

He was not just "withholding information".  He was lying about key points, as Vigil said.  Please don't make us dig up his lies for the 100th time, do your homework.
Specifically that hardware was shipped when there is zero evidence to support that claim.

This was an epic post.  I think there's another one with even more outlandish profit projections in it.

SPRINGFIELD, MO, – May 29, 2013 – VMC a manufacturer of the Fast-Hash Bitcoin Mining Machines has announced today that they will purchase a second full batch (10,000) of Avalon chips to build ~31 Fast-Hash-80's for AMC should AMC provide the capital in the next few weeks, this would bring AMC's machine total to ~71 units. The ~71 machines will bring the cooperatives hash power to ~5,650,816 MH/s, ~35,651 GH/s, or ~5.651 TH/s. At the current Difficulty (which may be more or less in the future) of 12,153,412 this will bring the estimated total revenue as of this writing to a total of $30,318.86 per day and a yearly amount of $8,681,346.78. Active Mining Corporation is a Vanuatu International Business Company DBA Active Mining Cooperative (AMC).
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=219636.0;topicseen

This extremely exaggerated projection completely wipes out any chance for Ken to explain to the judge "Look, I have 4 avalons running that produce $200/day!"
Previous scammers have lost their battle due to impossible projections like this to their shareholders/victims...

You might want to stop jumping up and down and screaming as Active Mining Corporation (Belize) has not made any projections at all.  The shares to the company above are all owned by Active Mining Corporation (Belize).
Yeah like that is going to hold up in court...

The deletion notices clearly state that it's the thread creator doing it.

Fair enough. In that case I agree that Ken shouldn't be focusing on deleting posts questioning his update...
Surely it's more productive to come in here and actually answer the questions and concerns people have if you have time to delete posts?
and ironically the post you replied to gets deleted ...
