Over the past few days, I've tested the platform with amounts between $500 and $5k. The average exchange time was ~30 seconds after receiving one confirmation.

Pros: Fast exchange, no KYC questions.
Cons:
1) *Personally, I'm against the concept of an AML risk level,* but one of the transactions came with a high risk level.
2) Reserves are extremely low.
3) The site displays 24-hour volume, and with low reserves/volumes, privacy is significantly reduced.

Hey i think there is no Reserve on XMR can you load it.

You can show it as percentage:

Low: 0–1 XMR

Medium: 1–5 XMR

High: 5+ XMR


or you could do this:

Instead of “24h Volume: 10,000 XMR” say “24h Volume: +8% vs yesterday.”

Or it could be all-in-one.
For example: BTC + XMR + ETH + DAI = $SUM
In this way, the total volume would be transparently shown, without detailed information on which coin generated the turnover.

If I may suggest something else, you should list on kycnot.me website, and maybe contact OrangeFren.com website for some partnership deal.
They are good as aggregator website, and I know they have guaranteed deals with some exchanges.
I am sure this would help increasing trading volume, and spreading the word out.

I also assume that you don't have a large budget for advertising at the moment, so the implementation of an affiliate program would definitely be helpful. Thus, you would stimulate users to promote you, and it is certainly one of the best ways to advertise.

I tested the splash.tf exchange yesterday. First impressions are quite satisfactory. Shortly after the second confirmation, I got coins in my wallet. Fast and easy, and most importantly, competitive rates.
As a suggestion, I would add a 'copy' button for both the deposit address and the Letter of Guarantee. It would make copying easier, especially for users with a touchscreen.
Also, when an invalid address is entered, there is a red warning in the lower left corner. It may not be the most noticeable, so it can confuse the user. However, I would put such a message somewhere more direct, next to the field for entering the address, for example.
I was also going to suggest removing the background with the animated lines, it's quite annoying. But I think you've already done that.

Can I add one more "rule" to this escrow agreement? When you ask to return the money, you should remove the Escrow Guarantee from the OP and your website. Without changing it, no escrow money should be returned.

Please remove the 24h Volume, as it will make much easier to track incoming coins from https://splash.tf/. Also, update BTC/DAI reserve. Will it always be less than ~$10,000, or do you plan to add more in the future?

i.e I create a order for BTC -> ETH, you'll provide a deposit address for my output address. Generate and sign a letter with the details so I can prove I should have received my coins if anything goes wrong.
