While we would like to provide evidence, doing so would expose our investigative methods and potentially enable individuals to bypass our system.

You can send your proofs to a trusted member to avoid any future problems. As it is now, it seems that you simply confiscated user funds which is not acceptaple.

To me, user bets are normal and he deserves to paid every penny.

Welcome to the Bitcointalk forum, maybe you should hire a trusted member to post a neater and more organized looking thread showing your desired casino design.

I just visited your casino and successfully registered, I was not in a restricted area so had no problems the first time I clicked on the link. It's just that after registering and starting to log in, I experienced a problem saying that my account was disabled so I had to contact customer service. It's really strange, even though I wanted to immediately study the applicable rules before deciding to make a deposit to take part in the promotional bonus offered.

After contacting support, they said that users in my area were flooding registrations so they did a mass ban. Again quite surprising for me as this is the first time having this problem. In other words the conclusion means I will not be able to play for this casino.

lol ur from nigeria or what bro? Smiley)

even the domain of this bookie sounds scammy. how u guys trust these kinda sites and deposit?

Tbh, i would join as well if they at least spend some money to get a curacao license

Blackjack.fun still has Curacao license?

You have curacao logo on your site but nothing happens when someone clicks on it.

I would like to inform everyone that Bitsler is not as trustworthy as it is presented here.

I managed to win about a thousand euros on sports bets. When I wanted to withdraw my money, the transaction did not go through. It has been in "on hold" status for three weeks. They answer my questions "we are investigating, you still have to wait".

Please note that my bets were only on the most prestigious world sports events and my account is fully verified (ID, address verification documents). There is not the slightest reason to investigate.

I am considering legal action.

Spend some time and write your accusation at relevant thread at bitcointalk. They have active representative there and you will force them to provide proofs for their actions.

Waiting for your answer, thank you

I've been on read-only mode for this thread since yesterday and actually wanted to pass for this case but, uhh... OP, would you perhaps consider to exercise some patience? It's barely 12 hours from your change of decision from contacting 3rd party mediator to a proposed alternate resolution, where you gave them 7 days [that's just two posts above mine], so... perhaps wait a little, they're still within the timeframe you gave them yourself. Not to mention that consecutive posts is highly frowned by the mods of the forum.

An abuser exercising patience rather than making ludicrous demands while riling up the usual suspects around this forum to sway the public opinion and/or start a witch hunt?

Either post proofs or stop accusing him.

So far you accused him firstly that he was using a scanning service, later for the use of bots to place bets, what's next?

Okay, two things to be straigtened up. One, you addressed the wrong person. Hhampuz --or me, but I think you're referring to Hhampuz and happened to quote me on your way-- so far, has not accused OP of using scanning service or bots. Two, if I may assume your post meant to be address to betcoin's representative, they're not accusing OP of "using a scanning service, later for the use of bots to place bets" in a sense that they changed their narrative of counter-accusation. They stood by their initial suspicion that OP utilized scanning service and would give his account a thorough swept to see if he had any other account and/or previous record of abuse that'll determine their next course of action.

Any mention close to the use of bots is this one,

[...]

This player must be unaware of our reputation, however, because by threatening to go to BitcoinTalk, SBR and arbusers, he was clearly unaware that it is well known that Betcoin is a book that takes a hard stance against bets, which are decided upon and placed by a computer. [...]

As always, players who don't need a robot to tell them who to bet on are welcome to play! Check out the early stages of the new Betcoin at new.betcoin.ag. Thanks and best of luck to all.

and that refers to the scanner.

It was my mistake mate, my post meant to address betcoin representative, not you are Hhampuz.

In another post, betcoin representative wrote '' as your little bot scam doesn't work on us.''

Accusing a player for arbitrage betting is nonsense unless we speak for completely wrong odds/lines etc. No need to mention that you can never be sure if bettor truly arbitrage or not. Those banned scanning services you mentioned provides 100's of potential bets every day. How on earth you are sure that he is arbing? You are not. He could easily searched for best odds in the market and simply chooses you. Is he responsible cause his bets appeared on those scanning services? Obviously not.

You can limit him if you don't like his activity but he deserves to be paid every penny.

I am going to talk to the owner about making a new thread for Gamdom3.0 and being active here. There's more to the update than just the UI also. They have now added dice as well. I'm exploring the site but for now I think it's worth checking out.

If you are in touch with the owner, tell them to pay my 3k they scammed me 2-3 years ago as well.

Thepogg voted for my side but they kept repeating that i fixed Cruz Azul’s game in CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE  Grin Grin . Even a 3yo would not believe such bullshits.

Re: MEGAPARI Scam Report
by
spyrosc200
on 26/03/2023, 09:16:41 UTC
well, they actually said my friends name

but ok, anyway, they are lying. impossible we have same ip, device and bullshit, living in different cities.

they are just making up thing to justifiy the stolen money from my account

shame on megapri, bunch of scammers

We understand you were recommended the site by that friend, Lopez Marcos? And you both preferred different methods for depositing funds; you by crypto and Marcos by fiat? May I assume you sign-up with his referral code? Or were you signing up without any ref. code at all?

no referal code, and nothing else in commom (we live hundres of miles away) except he is my friend and told me im betting here because this website has a lot of markets

i just registered on my own, deposit by crypto (and yes my friend deposit with fiat because he does not have any crypto thing), make few bets, then all of a sudden i was not able to bet more than 1€ (just 2-3 days after registering) and when i wanted to withdraw, thousands of proof (even sending selfie with my id and the conversation with megapari in the background, all in the same picture), and the fucking scammers just allowed me to withdraw half of the money i had in the account FOR NO REASON

@Team_MegaPari, scammers, please, i dont give a shit if you publish my ip data, way of deposit, id, device, etc. 100% everthing is different of my friends account. be honest just for once in your life, and admit we have nothing to do with each other in any term

Then I find myself in a position so hard to understand how MegaPari could have guessed and/or make a connection between you and Lopez Marcos. I asked if you use his referral code or not in hope to get a better understanding for the case, how the findings made by megapari was initially founded and on what basis. Well, in a way, it does; it just didn't lean towards your favor.

Initially we've established that he's a friend of yours, who live in another city, hundreds of miles away, have different IP for sure, different device to access the site, different preferred deposit method --one prefers crypto and one prefers fiat. I would assume you both has different preferences of games too. We also learned that he recommended megapari to you, but you've never use his referral code.

So basically there's no ties between you and him, as you stated yourself above. Wouldn't you agree that it's a hell of a lucky guess that Megapari could connect the dots between the two of you down to the first, middle, and last name? I can't fathom how low is the probability of guessing correctly that you and Mr. Marcos are "acquainted", given all of the points above.

Imagine how many people in your country played on their site, few good hundreds are even probably played from the same city with you, maybe even your own neighbor played on megapari too, and for unfathomable reason megapari could have guessed that you and someone else hundreds of miles away from you are --at the very least-- friends? With no prior things that could connect your dot to his?

I have the same question as well.

If no IP is the same, no device is the same, no referral code used etc, how on earth Megapari connected those 2 accounts?

Can only assume that they both shared their bets. They both ended up placing same bets with Megapari so it was easy for Megapari to connect them. Still don't think that this is prohibited from their TOS though but not sure.

Hi. We have investigated the case and here are the results:
You have requested the deposit of 150 USD which was credited to your Account number 571721597.
The security team has asked you to pass the KYC process  on 17.03.2023. The verification failed as the team has traced multi-accounting activity in accordance with the provided documents. This is T&C violation, namely 2.32: "[...]"
Moreover, owning few accounts is considered as an unfair gambling activity - that is why you were able to withdraw only your initial deposit and not the winnings gained with few accounts. According to the info from the financial dept, the withdrawal is successful. Should you have any other questions, you are welcome to ask me.

I don't think I understand correctly, were you saying that OP tried to cheat with multiple accounts and pooled the winnings into one account --not familiar with your platform, but I'll guess you allows user-to-user fund transfer-- and tried to withdraw them? If I understood you correctly, then OP is dumb, but can you provide a screenshot of multiple accounts transferring their winnings into the main account, to help backing up your claim?

We are talking not about payment accounts, but player accounts. A player may create few payment accounts (in that case 571022107 and 571721597) but only one personal account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, ID, etc. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to share screenshots from admin pages.

It does not work like that, you need proof for your actions.

If you don't want to share screenshots from admin pages in public, do you accept a 3rd party mediator for the case?

Re: Betnomi closed my account and took my funds (3600$) after I completed KYC
by
spyrosc200
on 23/02/2023, 13:20:31 UTC
This case is crystal clear in my eyes and OP deserves to be paid every single penny.

Waiting for Betnomi's response.

You cannot exactly say the case is crystal clear. You have heard 1 side of the story here. Should I assume you are an alt account of the OP? That's basically what you are doing by siding with the bettor before hearing both sides. We don't know what evidence Betnomi might have or will share, so it's best not to form an opinion until we have both sides.

Am i the alt of OP??? Obviously not but you think you sounded more serious by questioning such bullshits lol.

Anyway, it is not a rocket science to realize that Betnomi's reason for account closure is ridiculous.

”The user is manipulating the pricing, all odds dropped before the kick off, the user has a strong mathematical and analytical pattern of betting in the exact position, as the pattern was repeated again and again, the user is a strong opinion user and is using strategy to gain leverage in the long term, which is against our T&C. If a user feels that we have done something unfair, please tell them not to hesitate to file a complaint with the Curacao gambling authorities and we will be happy to work with them to resolve the issue. Also, if he needs help getting in touch with them, please let us know and we will provide him with their contact information. We will continue to enforce our fraud prevention policies and take appropriate actions when we detect fraud or abuse.”

Since when someone is accused as manipulator cause odds are moved in his favor? It is called value betting and it is completely normal. I am challenging you to find an industry leader bookie like Pinnacle who acts this way.

Also, even i haven't noted it earlier, it is very suspicious when Betoni is only dealing with curacao licensor complaints when we all know that Curacao licensors will not give a shit about any case. So basically they say to OP ''Hey, you are free to file a complaint with Curacao licensors, we already know how they treat those complaints'' lol
