I've been dealing with Exmo for almost 1 month to try locate my funds without any success. Most of the emails I send them are either i)not read properly or ii)the team's English is too poor to understand what I'm asking.

I require some very basic information in relation to a withdrawal I executed from the exchange. This information is: i) Senders account holder name ii) Date of transfer iii) Beneficiary name. If a Currency Exchange is incapable of providing this information over the course of a month then they are either negligent or fraudulent in my books.

Exmo can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible. My request number is 444440.

Hi There!

the fees on this exchange are kinda high...

Currently SEPA is 5% + 25 EUR. That is the most ridiculous transaction fee I've ever seen, in crypto or outside. So for €100 transaction they take 30% of the money... for what is usually a free transaction.

Make your fees fair and more people will use your exchange Exmo.

Will SEPA fees be reduced soon?

1% + €25 make using the platform completely impractical in many cases.

Probably not :-/
EXMO uses financial agents CryptoCapital and MoneyPolo. They charge a fee of 25 Euro for deposit and withdraw

Paying €20-€25 I have no strong issue with. It's the 1% added that is extortionate.
