you have to wager a really big amount to be able to withdraw, i would really like to see a non deposit bonus
unfortunately, those are usually abused by people with multiple accounts and such, and of the few ive gotten a chance to try out, theres a wagering requirement on nondeposit bonuses as well.
People tend to register multiple accounts repeatedly and ruin it for everyone

care to tell us what the conditions for the deposit bonus are? restricted games, wager requirements, etc.
The terms is based on the player, so when there bonuses are applied, it would depend on their "level" as to the actual playthrough for each bonus. When you apply a bonus to your account (or an auto bonus -- deposit bonus --) it tells you what the playthrough is, and you can also choose to cancel bonuses, so that the playthrough requirements do not apply.

So I registered today and here is some weird things that Id like to ask or point out
1. At the registration page I see a column for bonus code, where do I get this one?
2. The chat keep on popping up on my screen everytime I click on another tab, asking Hi how are you today, kinda annoying
3. The rules for the first time deposit is not clear enough
here is the rules of the first deposit bonus which is unclear to me
Does this mean that there is a condition before i can withdraw my initial deposit? and I dont see the playthrough condition rules there
and also, I dont see any wager requirement for the bonus and as well the percentage of each game that contribut to the wagering requirement, please update it to make it clearer

For start I want to say that I didn't find, on the European Roulette page, a button to send me back to the start page.
Of course, I typed into the browser the URL and it works and all it's good. However, either better gfx (if I missed the button indeed), either a link button/image (if it was missing) would be nice.
(If it helps, I have some ad blockers on, could be also those guilty for this?!)

we have tracked down the problem and its scheduled to be fixed. in the mean time you can select roulette and other table games on the mobile menu, all the mobile table games have the home button enabled.
