Re: Cryptocurrency to be used in Money laundering and Terrorism?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:59:51 UTC
To be used seems wrong
There’s a need to fight money laundering and terrorism without involving crypto currency
Because before blockchain and crypto currency; all those stuffs existed

Maybe just some way to spread fud and cause panic
Money is used everywhere in the world. There is enough money around to pump coin prices.

Re: Bitcoin can't survive alone
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:59:23 UTC
Bitcoin is Bitcoin. Bitcoin does not need any company, partnership or well known investor. BTC survived alone for years <.....~~~>~~....>

We all know the fact that; Bitcoin is Bitcoin but, need sometimes those to rely on and not solely itself alone. Bitcoin was created alone to strive in the cryptocurrency world but, no matter the happenings today, altcoins still served a major purpose in the world of cryptocurrency. Currently, the price of altcoins have change from low to grow. Bitcoin fell early this year and still try to recover it deep. I wouldn't say that; Bitcoin will or can stay alone without any help from the altcoins,
Bitcoin shouldn't be tranferred to USD. Bitcoin is Bitcoin and Altcoins are Altcoins.

Re: Hack any wallet?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:58:54 UTC
Yes. Everything in life is based on odds. There are also the odds that you can be struck by lighting coming out of your house into the garden. There are odds that aliens exist, that god exists, there are odds for absolutely anything. This is how video games work. They use the dungeons and dragons system to work the odds for all actions taken in-game. So if you to throw a ball at a tiny target very far away, you definitely will eventually hit it just like you will eventually do anything.

What you need to do is work out if the odds are in your favour or not. So yes you can hack any wallet just like you can be struck by lightning in your own home. Just like you will eventually do anything if you try enough times. This is what all the talk of quantum computing is all about.
People can mannipulate the price of Bitcoin if there is a lot of money in their capital.

Re: Fee-less cryptocurrencies...Are they the future?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:58:28 UTC
In my opinion fee, less cryptocurrency will not do much if not for the people behind them, I guess if not for their proper launch in the market they will end up like another shit coin, I do believe that many individuals are attracted with their fee less cryptocurrency but how can they maintain such things if they will just offer lesser fee, I guess some will be curious on how they maintain such thing, and I think that lesser fee and not fee less is their implication on their coins, If they don't have fees at all they will just end up like a shit coin because they will have a difficult time maintaining it because of the financial needs a project to be maintain.
Less fee's doesn't mean that the coins are legit. There is a lot of projects that got dumped before.

Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:57:55 UTC
Yes, you are absolutely right, but I can make you happy, as many authorities have already begun to regulate ICO requirements. Over time, as I think you have already noticed, they become smaller as fraudsters with their crooked scam can not enter the market.
Coins would not make me happy. I don't care how much money there is to make with them.

Re: How i keep my private keys safe without hardware wallet
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:57:28 UTC
Majorly, I tell people that the safest and most secure way of keeping your wallet safe is by creating a secure file and storing your keys there. Something that only you have access to. You can also write out on your personal diary, or anything, but the key thing is that only you should have access to it, or if any other person should have an access, then it should be someone trusted.
A secure file will help the attacker to take more time trying to get a wallet. That is a nice thing to have.

Re: how do you identify a transparent project team?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:56:47 UTC
If you want to check project team is really simple scan picture with google images. Visit Trusted sites check project analysis, community remarks and rating of the project. I believe by doing such things we can check whether project team is really or fake.
Trusted projects will go into nowhere in the end. I would invest what I could afford to lose.

Re: Why are investors still complaining?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:55:48 UTC
absence of research will consistently drives investors off track,Numerous investors are whining that they are at lose putting lots of money into some IEO projects yet many IEO projects are plain success from the info ive gathered,IEO projects from binance,bitmax,gate.io,kucoin are mostly successful and their ATH are so good that i regret not investing in some of them, why are people still complaining? Are they joining IEO from crappy exchanges or new exchanges with low volumes?

All problem is for new investors and low value investment. For low value invest, people search in shit exchange. I think never do any whining of Binance exchange IEO investor. I did regrets why not involved in celler network and SERO project.
People want to make a lot of money, that is why they are complaining. SERO is not a quality project.

Re: ICOs 2019: A Year Of Success or Failure?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:55:17 UTC
Judging by the current nature of things about ICOs I will say this year has not been favourable to them, in fact the power has changed hands to IEOs. As a result of bad results last year, ICOs which came up this year all switched to IEO and ever since then have not heard of much about ICOs again; so in all things, ICOs this year have been a failure. Also, I don't think ICOs will ever come up again as we are now wise, with a huge number of people not ready to take unnecessary risks with their funds anymore.
ICO's are not the problem it is the projects fault. They need to start making quality coins.

Nice to hear this. I trust this exchange. If they offer such facility, I would like to go for it. Hope they dont change as soon as they receive lots of ETH and go away.
I don't like it. THey just want money from people that use that exchange. BNB is a scam coin.

striking it big with bounty hunting you have to be realy lucky, most of the times you get some coins for the worth of around 10 dollars , and most of the times they become worthless before they even hit a exchange lol.
People don't make money on Bounties anymore. They need to learn how to trade coins for money.

Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency?
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:53:25 UTC
if I think personally a safe way to invest in cryptocurrency is :

1. the project runs according to the roadmap and whitepaper that has been made;
2. cryptocurrency that we invest in already has a product;
3. the team always updates about the progress that is happening in the project that we invest;

These points are the quintessential for ICOs. A project fulfilling all three points above is surely going to be successful in long run. Point 1 suggests that everything running according to roadmap which means there is enough buzz about project in the market. It doesn't have to delay its operation due to less response. Point 2 is the best thing an ICO project can achieve, The actual implication of whitepaper.

Quote
4. invest in project that are in the top 1-500 in coinmarketpcap (have a high volume);

This is not as relevant as the above three. Some projects restrain themselves from listing on exchanges initially but that doesn't mean such projects are not worth investing. Rather, in my opinion, projects should avoid listing on exchanges before actual execution of project because it will only leads to dumping of coins.
There is no safe investment opportunity. I wouldn't invest in anything that seems suspicous.

Re: No good projects from a long time
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:52:57 UTC
I don't think so. I know there were a time when many good projects came in same time one can compete others. But the amount of good projects through ICO or ieos are very less. But still some good projects come. And try hard to establish them.
I agree with you mate. There is a lot of coins that have potential of pumping.

Re: When Is The Right Time To Trade Your Tokens
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:52:32 UTC
Everyone decides for himself when it is best for him to buy or sell his cryptocurrencies, but the most reliable option at the moment is of course to buy cryptocurrencies when the market drops sharply, which has been happening for almost two years, and when the market starts growing again and then there will be the best option for the sale of your cryptocurrencies, if you do not want to hold of course even longer.
I agree on such a sharp fall, even Bitcoin, why not buy it for $ 8,000. I think that this is a very profitable investment now, because it is very difficult to invest in business.
Bitcoin is very expensive now. I would wait before investing in anything on the market.

Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects.
by
strickland
on 06/10/2019, 03:52:06 UTC
I think reliable exchanges is play very imimportant role to grow up any projects. And trading volume will be huge increasing by the biggest exchanges. Many projects have strong liquidity and potential development but which is cannot survive long term for listing in shit exchange and it’s mainly responsible to make dead within very short term. A few millions dollar raised project will going dead for the low quality exchanges like as Latoken,Exrates and Exmarkets. But of course huge amount of dollars need to be reach big exchanges.
It depends on an exchange. There is a lot of scam places that don't pay out money.

Reasonable reasons why someone or I personally would not invest in Altcoin? because most of them are worthless altcoins, but I'm not saying the highest altcoins or those already on the coinmarcetcap list.
The top performing coins are worth investing in these days.

First of all, your technical equipment must be good. that doesn't work for me unfortunately. but it's great you have luck with your method!
Not always. The amount of difficulty needs a low amount to get a reward.

Re: BitTorrent (BTT) coin!

I think it will turn out to be a shitcoin. It is based on the name of the most popular name in the crypto world bitcoin. Its hype will soon go down as evident by other comments on this post, and let’s see where the market takes it.
It might not be worth investing in. I wouldn't want to put money in a junk coin.
