Welp, sadly this is a dead project now. They were late like 6 months on their road map. It literally took them 6 months just for a goddamn beta that is basically just the design and nothing else. I would advise everybody to sell and get off this project.
This is an incorrect statement. As of March they were only a month late from the ICO roadmap.
Everyone knows the European Union AND the United States Government AND the Singapore Government are cracking down on unregulated ICO's.
People should be kissing this companies butts for doing the right thing and applying for a license so they do not get shut down.
Well why REAL team is mute the telegram for the discussion? I think discussion in telegram is a great way to share and to spread the news. With 3.6k of member in telegram REAL will get more interest.

We've all been waiting, they can't go live witout solve the legal issues and the development is ongoing.
There are legal issues? Price is not healthy due to its volume. Perhaps they need to talk on other exchanges to enlist their token? No pressure on looking for bigger exchanges like Binance but the likes of Coinexchange, Livecoin, Nova and others are good start.
Platform is supposed to be released this month, REAL token holders exchange tokens into RPP. The only thing I am not clear on is if the RPP tokens can leave the platform.
Why nobody from the REAL team is posting or answering questions?. They took investors money and people deserve communication.
With current liquidity and difficult buying REAL, there is a little hope for success. Glad I didn't buy this in ICO. The ICO was a total shit show from start and that saved me.

So how many people think the Accredited investors will dump their Gram tokens on the exchanges when they get released? Imagine buying about 5 million worth and selling them for 3x the amount. It makes me sick to even think about it. Deep discounts to early investors. Makes me sick to think about it.
I bought real at the ICO but forgot how it was sent to the buyers. There is none on my ethereum address. Were we given a certain key code or what???

They got 21 M with a project that cant work, you cant ask for transparency. Good thinks take time, seeing disapering all your money takes time too, that is the most probable outcome.
For an investor, you are very negative.
I knew that this wasn't some random shit, who had patience till now it will be rewarded soon with steady passive income in the coming months/years. I just believe in it
I wish there was a decent exchange that I could buy more, need either Poloniex or kraken or bittrex.

The team exaggerated on so many fronts. That they allowed volume and interest in the project to fall shows you how much they cared about community engagement and getting the platform running on time
Watch at my previous post and check some of those addresses, you'll see that many people didn't move their tokens since ICO. Which is all right if you bought tokens during ICO to invest with the platform

Impressing quick, short update. Finally we can see what they have been up to.
About the ETH reserve, they moved Ethereums but don't know if they sold ot not. I think they sold at least some of the reserve.

I spent spent some time in Cambodia, its a tourist dream. Its also under heavy development alot of Chinese money. Its a buyers market and a good place to buy cheap real estate.

I wonder what the value to loan ratio will be? What happens if btc drops 50% overnight. You liquidate me while im sleeping? Crypto is way too volatile for this. I loan 10k give you 10k worth of btc. I sleep, during my sleep that btc is now worth 5k... what happens? I have no reason to want my btc back so im assuming ive been liquidated. Or is the collateral held going to be worth 2x the $ loan?

I however plan on using it. Alot of countries out there who do not accept BTC as payment. Alot of tasty real estate to buy.

Whats the price prediction in 2018?
Gonna take a uneducated guess.
This will probably be in 2018.
After REAL has a working platform maybe $1-2 dollars a token.
Maybe after six months of REAL paying out ETH to holders of RPP token anywhere to $10-25 a token.
I think REAL has a total of 19 million tokens, so it will be fairly easy to build up the price.
I've never seen another project exactly like this so it is unknown territory.

Can you tell me how this project is "asset backed" when they are pulling money out of thin air giving out up to 25% bonuses?
Only the crowdsale tokens are "asset backed" (that's 51%) and on top of that you have bonuses up to 25%! These bonuses are not "asset backed" either.
They must have been called out on this before, no? I can't be the first who has noticed this. I don't have time to read trough 100+ pages to find their response to this. Someone knows?

You will turn in your "REAL" tokens into RPP tokens, these will be used to invest in real estate.
The real estate platform is being built, but they are a month behind the roadmap.

I hope we get an update soon. They said there will be beta of the platform in November, lets see if this is gonna happen.
Somewhere I read they are one month behind the roadmap. They also may be waiting for the price of ETH to reach $400+ before converting to Fiat.

I don't understand why this token would ever trade above its ICO value. All it does is provide you with the right to buy into their real estate assets (by acquiring RPP tokens), but there are no other benefits to REAL token holders. For that reason, it should always be pegged to fiat value, with a potential illiquidity discount.
It's the the RPP tokens that should fluctuate in price based on the value of the underlying real estate.
The only point where REAL tokens should maybe appreciate is after the team has realized a long track record of successful investments based on a competitive advantage they hold. At that point people might be willing to pay a premium to buy REAL tokens just for the chance to invest in the real estate.
On the other hand, it makes sense for the tokens to be trading below ICO value until the first properties are available to invest in. Until then, they are just sitting idle so there's a big opportunity cost for holding them.
So the when the tech is ready should theoretically have no impact on the token price either. The big question is when will that first property be available?
