i mean how long does it take to get a refund? 3 days? 5 days? this support is just horible

i love the book, and onjen from support is great (he says he has nothing to do with email support). but this book needs to get their act together on responding to emails in a timely matter

@fairlaysupport that does not make any sense. I sold my russia wager back and they got knocked out, what happened to my profits from that wager? why does it only work if bought a team ,shouldn't the market work both ways? why will it be settled when croatia gets knocked out? i already sold back the position.
the logic here is bizarre . when a bet loses it comes out of your balance not your available balance. seems like this rule is in effect just to be able to "hold funds". why would you guys take out of the account twice?

I love fairlay but this decision hold funds 24 hours from winning wagers might be the worst decision ever. To give you an example I have .29 btc tied up until 11pm and can't make a wager until then. Why? Is it this hard to verify the scores of the games I made a bet on? I really hope this rule changes . This would make me consider moving my business elsewhere

I have been still using FairPlay since my incident last time (with the misgrade), and they have been truly great.

One suggestion to FairPlay -
a cashout feature

make this option available for Live games and you could have 5 times the volume imo

other than that, just grading quickly (but i have found them to better and better with sports and horses)

I am truly impressed with their website, markets and quick payouts.

to answer question, yes it was taken out of my withdrawal. I have no idea what the bug could have been from? Only guess would be a misgrade on their end.
i was unaware of 79 mbtc owed when i made 2 btc deposits of .20 each the past 48 hrs.  Neither time, did my account show a negative balance. For the past 2 years, I have logged on a few times and never seen a negative balance as well.

I'm hoping they can do something about it considering the circumstances, however.

I am very impressed with the LIVE betting and HORSE RACING . You guys have improved dramatically since last i used you guys 2 years ago

I will be using you guys on a EVERYDAY basis, for the simple fact of the variety of racetracks you carry. Only suggestion, grade things faster if possible. With your betting layout, its hard not to rely on the money for another bet for another bet coming up. Grading was okay, a lot better than it was 2 years ago, but if you guys can grade that much faster, I think you can be a leader in the industry!
