I cannot cancel my withdrawal as I no longer have access to my account.
I'm going to take my troubles patiently I think it's just long and they will validate my account by then finally I hope
Keep us updated. Casinos shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to process a simple verification, as long as you provide every document in the right format. I keep saying this as I've been working in support for some time: a single verification usually takes a worker 10-20 minutes to verify. I'm talking at a situation where there's a number of pictures/scans, including a proof of residence, a document with a picture and a selfie. The only reason to delay that (if you're a legit company) is if you have a lot of requests and little staff, but it should never take more than a week.
I will keep you informed of the evolution of the situation.

Re: Cloudbet verification stuck for more than 1 week
just curious, is this the only conversation you've had with their support?
it's not the first time I've seen a casino take more than a week to verify KYC, sometimes it can even take a month before they respond or solve the issue. not sure what going on in your real life but I'd suggest lengthening your patience.
as Oshosondy has said, Cloudbet's Forum representative isn't active in the forum but I've sent them a PM anyway just in case.
Thanks you so much.

They asked me to send them the verification documents which i then sent them and since then my account hasn't been verified, all they say is that the player security team is looking into the matter but it is never solved, my whole crypto balance is stuck their which i cant use which frustates me because im dealing with real life consequences.
