An upgrade in Ethereum might have a positive impact on the cryptocurrency, which in turn might bring about an increase in price. As to what ETH price would be at the end of 2020, cannot be said, but there would be hope for the altcoin to attain a 2k range, if only it can reach its previous peak it attained in 2017.
When the Istanbul was the new ETH update, the market seemed to revive a bit while engulfed in the bear market. Perhaps this is the coin I trust the most in the market, it has a huge impact. I am sure in the near future it will return to the market.Personally, I believe that at the moment, cryptocurrency is not very stable. Since in the crypto market the price of altcoins is practically in place. And in this it is very difficult to predict the further development of the crypt. From this situation on the market, I believe that the most promising coins in the future will be Ethereum and Bitcoin. So let's hope that these coins will bring us good profit.

Perhaps altcoin takes a long time to recover and return to the market. Since BTC accounts for most of the market capitalization, it is impossible for the altcoin season to return soon. During the long bear market, I invested in top altcoins because they were reliable. We have to hope that the altcoin season will return again soon.why not, many people say that but not the new Altcoin, it only applies to old Altcoins and is listed in the top coinmarketcap, many I have invested are some Altcoins that have good potential because their development, promotion and team are very active until now, so speaking for investment do not choose the wrong make sure they are still active that's all
But we still have expectations for the top and reputable altcoin. The market has gone through a dark period, perhaps it is screening and selecting reputable altcoins to be able to continue in the market. Spending a small investment on it is safer.Perhaps that bounty campaign is increasingly difficult for the hunter. Increasingly, scam projects are getting worse about their roadmap, making this worse and worse. That's why no one knows what his future will be when he gets scammed. I think there should be rules for everyone to benefit from both sides.
In this market, it's hard to control the project you're doing. Please carefully check the roadmap from time to time. But perhaps following IEO campaigns will be much safer for you.

because everyone investors now upset about new project and lot of decrease invest in ICO but still alive IEO which like binance okex and kucoin. Actually i notify it real project and good management team never die if their take doing best even i totally depends invest and now my speed slow.
good projects will not appear every day. even though it's getting slower, I think it must be thoroughly prepared, because it's also quite a long distance. so far, sales from IEO are good enough. we wait 1 to 1.5 months for a new IEO but has great potential, it's better than many IEO but not promising. because everyone investors now upset about new project and lot of decrease invest in ICO but still alive IEO which like binance okex and kucoin. I have also seen several ico who failed to collect their softcaps to return investor funds, and did not cheat them or the like, but most of now it is fraud that makes ico bad, and people are turning to ieo now
The ICO has run out of trend for a long time and probably no one wants to invest it at a time when the market is going down right now. ICOs are not trusted by investors because they scam so much and most ICOs fail on the development process. There are many experts who still believe that altcoins will return. But in fact it is not possible. Perhaps in the long run some altcoins will be removed from the market because it cannot grow on its own depending on BTC to survive. The top altcoins may have already taken measures to face this challenge, try to store a lot of them for the time being and hope they come back.
Some altcoins are still useful even beyond 2020, If the use case was still intact at that time i'm sure altcoins will be remain valuable. The existence of the cryptocurrency industry will determined the demand of altcoins including bitcoin in 2020 and beyond. My opinion was very simple until the cryptocurrency industry has a value the altcoins demand will be remain as it is.
200 coins in coin market may be in my opinion still worth in 2020, although there are some coins that are displaced it is natural, there are many issues in this world, but I am not sure about the next 10-20 years maybe altcoin may not be able to survive
In the near future the possibility of being able to penetrate 100x is very difficult to develop for at least 2-3 years if the projeck has run according to the roadmap and their target is achieved the possibility of price increases from their initial offer will be seen. and also large exchange support
In fact, it's really hard to get altcoin back on the market. Therefore, it is even more impossible that x100 times for an altcoin. The market is gradually eliminating and there are many holidays of trashcoin disappear after this round to give Crypto a better future.This is an obvious fact that you need to accept it. Too many projects have been opened and it is probably too frustrating to know the price. Altcoins are unlikely to be viable in the market. Most projects are for personal gain and turn themselves into a trashcoin in the market.
my main goal is to invest in crypto to increase my assets in altcoin trading. because I also believe that trading crypto will also be better for profit and also a good way to save assets in the long run.
I am involved in crypto mainly to invest in altcoins for a profit. But maybe the era of altcoins is over. Now BtC is my main investment in the short term. Trading is nice but maybe I am not suitable to do that because I do not have patience.The eth price is really normal right now nothing is happening and nothing to worry as bitcoin price also fall hard today Im sure eth will do the same and once reversal occurs then eventually eth will follow btc but if not and remains at the bottom then theres something wrong with eth but I cannot see anything bad for now just go with the flow buy the dip.

The only normal here is when ETH will bounce back again and will start to recover back to $200 usd, but I am more concern with BTC now, hopefully it will not drop back to $6K again.
And we all know that if bitcoin drops other altcoin will follow and thats what happen to ETH.

Currently there are many bonus projects with little bonuses but I appreciate their efforts. They absolutely deserve their bonus for what they did.
I agree with your comments. Long-term projects will make your money as much as possible. But in the days of growing crypto campaigns, we have to be cautious when choosing. If not, the number of tokens you receive is just zero when it ends.The altcoin markets has been favorable to few but not all. it is presumed that the early and private investors rake out big cash on New and old altcoin projects leaving many projects at the mercy of the cryptomarkets for survived. Although Most altcoins that has gone down below ROI to the verge of disappearing from the market are increasing daily.
One of the ideology we all know about the cryptocurrency is the knowledge of Holding back some altcoins we believed that will do well in the long run. it is an interesting thing to NOTE that these TWO Altcoins made me have a strong feeling that cryptocurrency can be a fortune if you are lucky to invest on it

Both token raised from zero usd to a high price. even contesting with the top 100 coins on CMC. i am sure there are other altcoins that made this moves in the market but it's quite unfortunate that few people are holding such while some has sold off.
So, before you make that decision of selling off everything that you have in wallet because the market is down and out. please reconsider before you regret your moves. you might be holding a token that worth millions in the next 2 years.

Altcoin now is a vast category to generalize as one. Many of the altcoins have performed better than bitcoin.
Investors should study the coins they are intending to invest on and diversify between different nature of coins and priorities the high cap coins if you are looking for safer investment.
It is hard to pick absolute bottom in the high volatility crypto market. Prices are close to bottom range so good to buy dips in some top altcoins while waiting for next rise.
I find you quite silly to decide that at this time. You should capture current trends in the market and choose them to become your main investment. So far what I care about BTC to invest because ICOs are quite outdated in today's market.
To be honest, altcoin no longer has potential in the market anymore because of the restraint of big brother BTC. Ever since the Bakk incident made me remove altcoins from my portfolio. Currently, I only focus on BTC and exploit this potential coin.
