Re: BTER.com has over 500,000 of my BAY and won't let me withdraw

Looks like they have changed their name to GATE.IO now. I just opened up a ticket there. Not that it's going to do much good.

Anyone who knows an international lawyer who can help me with this will be rewarded handsomely once I get my coins back. Willing to sign a contract and everything.

It's another 3 months since my last post.

Absolutely nothing was done on their side. BTER is still actively ignoring me.

The value of the BAY that they are holding has increased substantially recently, so I am not playing around anymore.

If anyone knows a good crypto currency lawyer for overseas matter like this, please PM me.

I'm willing to reward anyone who can help me with this.

Thanks

It is now 3 months later and basically the only response I got from BTER was after I threatened legal action.

They said they removed the coin from the site, so I can't transfer my hundreds of thousands of coins off of their exchange. Coins to I purchased ON THEIR EXCHANGE!

My threats are going to become a reality now. This is thousands of dollars in USD they are holding back from me. My family could really use this money and now I'm done playing games.

Anyone know of any good crypto lawyers I can use?

Thanks for the replies guys.

Unfortunately, I've had a ticket open for 8 days now with no response from them. I sent them all of the screenshot proof and they refuse to get back to me.

I can't believe an exchange would act like this.

BUMP.

Can anyone help me out with this?

If this was a small amount of money, then I wouldn't be making a big deal about it, but this money could really help out my family.

Any help at all would be extremely appreciated.

I had my BAY in my BTER wallet for almost 2 years now. BAY was recently delisted from the exchange during a time when I didn't pay attention to the coin.

There is no option that exists on the website to withdraw it to a different wallet and their support team refuses to get back to me on the issue after multiple requests.

Dated screenshots available showing the funds on the account still.

I just want to get my coins off of this exchange.

I had over 500k BAY in my BTER wallet. There is no option on the website to transfer it out and BTER support won't get back to me.

Anyone have a suggestion on how I can go about this?

Guys, Steven has started a thread. Now I will discussing picking up that one or starting one entirely of my own.

Link? I'm sure people will feel more comfortable knowing the link is coming from you, and not an account we've never seen or know little about.

If this thread is modded by someone who is against the coin, then this is a complete disaster to keep it going. If this project is going to continue (and I've seen David say a few times that it is), then we need a new thread MADE BY DAVID.

If not, we need to use a forum on the official site, controlled by developers.

Probably better to use the forum though. BCT is overrun with idiots and FUD.

Hi Everyone.

Thanks for your patience. You can download the new wallet here: http[Suspicious link removed]

Have fun : - )

Looks great! Downloading now. Did anyone make a thread announcing this? Had to go back a few pages to find the link myself.

Are you having a bad day or something?
Did I say your username in most original post? No?

Get past your new found infatuation with my "original" username. You're looking at it.

Anyway, now that the troll has been fed, back to the coin:

How much (on average) can one make from staking in a 24 hour period? Does it depend on the amount of BAY that you have in your wallet?

I've been lurking here for over a year now. I've made my mistakes and also made quite a few gains while investing in various coins. I've definitely went through my maturing process.

This one really seems special though. There's a trusted/extremely knowledgeable developer in charge here. That alone is tremendous for this project. As long as the dev's stick to their timeline of promised features and the marketing is done correctly, I see all who get in early (now is still early) to make a nice profit.

The people that are selling below ICO pricing are just being impatient. They're trying to jump on the next hot coin, make some percentage fast, then move on. This isn't the coin for that. This is a long term investment here.

Most of the features we're promised for the beginning of next year. That is when we will see some actual price movement. Get in early and be happy later.

EDIT: The Bittrex news is great. A dev should post an announcement about this news outside of this thread!

Yea guys. Listen to the newbie 0 activity account!

get it now above 200 sats, instead of later at 100-140 or even sub 100!

in noobs we trust.  Cool

Sorry fella, but the last thing I'm going to spend my time on is engaging with a keyboard warrior. Move along.  Wink

at least have the balls to use your primary account. im pretty sure you're not the dev, but you are obviously invested in bay.

fyi hyping up with newbie 0 activity accounts do more damage than good as your agenda becomes obvious. So you're doing your investment a disservice... 'Newbie'.  Cool

Not that I need to explain myself to you, but honest to God, this is my real account. I don't have the time to be hyping random coins. Which is why I've never done it in the past. I believe in this one though.

And is calling me a "Newbie" supposed to bother me? I stopped name calling back in my school days. It does however, reflect poorly on you. Grow up kid.
