And what is it that you want to do when you find the BTC? Beat the private keys out of anyone that has even a satoshi of them in their wallets? Who's can say those BTC have long been used/traded for good or services? Or even if they ended up in a cold storage wallet long ago?

I think you really need to think about what your suggesting; a witch-hunt plain and simple.

I think we have our first suspect... Wink

The Amish Mafia runs this world and has a hand in everything (They made up the idea of the freemasons running everything to blunt the message from those of us who know the truth); don't mess with those guys.

Damn!  How many threads do we have to see about this?  These boards are getting monotonous to get through because you noobs refuse to use the search feature.
...

Well, the forum's search feature blows and sucks at the same time.  I resorted to downloading all of my own posts with a script periodically.  At least I can find things that I wrote or quoted.  Sometimes.

I just found all of those threads using the search feature.

You have been granted 2 gold stars and an attaboy!

Congrats!

Eh, don't worry they won't need quantum processing power, they already have plenty of power to do it.  I'm sure that it would just take a few less phone taps a day on the classified NSA supercomputer in Utah.

I can confirm the same thing happening to me.  The originating address is 1Bhv6XjXBvraivcATHwwLMscZ5xJm9FsPn and the transaction number is https://blockchain.info/tx/84d24e09adb61f6c95ca57338ac8bc548d61b7efa56f593aa581c633112cd886 for 0.00000001 BTC.

Anyone else able to figure what is going on here?

What possible purpose is there for almost 500 transactions sending that amount to ~50 times per txn?

Re: DID COINBASE ALSO SUSPENDED BITCOINS SALES PAYMENTS???
by

I have read that but thanks anyway for the link.
wire the money can take up to 3 business days but what was written is that they will send the money on the 19th which is almost a week from now.
The 3 business day needs to be added to the moment in which they give the bank the order to send the money.

Anyway, if I'm the only one who had a sell issue with Coinbase in the last 24hrs maybe it's just a lone transaction issue and nothing more worrisome.

Thank you all for your help.

The delay they are estimating, I assume because of the bank holiday on Monday the 17th (Washington's Birthday).  I assume they are expecting the process to start on Tuesday and then be ready on Thursday, at least that would hold off people concerned about where their ACH transfer is and would therefore save the time of answering 1000 individual questions.

Just a guess, but an educated one.  Best of luck.

I purchased and withdrew 1 bitcoin today from Coinbase.  The entire transaction took less than a minute from purchase to withdrawing the bitcoin to an external address.

Ok, but OP sold a coin so that was fiat going from Coinbase to the OP's bank. Yours was btc going from Coinbase to your external wallet. Different things.

No, they are not different; when you purchase the allowed 1BTC after the verification steps, it is guaranteed by the credit card on file until it clears your bank account, and with the speed of ACH these days it is almost an instant transaction with your bank behind the scenes.  The delay in it appearing in your bank account as an ACH withdrawal is a security step done by both banks to ensure that the bank accounts are real and funds are actually present and not the result of you defrauding your bank with a bad check or a dubious money order scam.

When the bank account was verified by each member of the site, it was a statement of mutual trust between you and Coinbase (They can deposit and withdrawal any amount present at any time -- A good reason to only associate an account that you keep nothing in.)

I also got robbed hundreds of litecoin for no apparent reasons on BTC-E. Coins withdrawn without any confirmation to my email AND I have 2 factor security too. All theyve given me is my logins and my IP. Maybe we could work together in this case. I feel your pain and your loss

Now CEX.io is a good exchange with excellent security for exchanging LTC and NMC for BTC without charging fees, once in BTC you can easily exchange it for USD with Coinbase.  I was happy to see their adoption of being an exchange of LTC for BTC at market rates.

The government with the new premier is trying to crack down on the ultra-rich that have made their money through the government monopolies in industry and from kickbacks from foreign companies.  These folks are turning their hoards of cash into anything tangible around the world that can't be controlled by the government.  This is why if you look at NY real estate, high-end auctions and other big ticket purchases of gold are all going to people from China recently.

This doesn't seem like too bad of a pool; I signed up and the nice thing is you can use the same pool for both litecoin and bitcoin; you end up being paid for for your average mining hashrate for the previous 20 minutes of mining.  They are parallel mining BTC, LTC, FTC, CNC, and USC.  PPS mining with only a 4% fee on both BTC and LTC mining.

At least thanks to ninjarobot we will know more about the MPP in the next 24 hours. (or maybe that call will never arrive).
Indeed, grill them my friend! (And record the convo if possible (for future litigation) if legal.

I hope they follow through, but would not be surprised if they did not given their track record of over-promise & under-deliver.

The only thing I'd like to know about MPP is when and in what quantity they will deliver after the 90 day MPP window ends. The ROI calculation only makes sense if you actually deliver immediately afterwards. I assume they have worked out most of the hardware and supply kinks by now and should be able to start shipping in volume including MPP. Difficulty is nearing 10x from what it would have been on Oct 20 when the BJ should have started shipping, so 4x with MPP will help a little if shipped early Feb, but in no way will it fix the damage already done by the delays.

If they call, I'll ask if they are okay with the conversation being recorded.

What state do you live in?  The phone recording laws vary from state to state and in say Texas where I live, the law is that you can record any conversation you wish as long as one party knows about the recording (and the you are that party).  So I can record every phone call that I make or receive without telling a single counterparty that I am doing it.  Just a heads-up to check out your state's particular law.

Why can't you just plug it into a usb on your computer and try using BFGMiner or CGMiner?  If it works on MinePeon it should be recognized by BFGMiner 3.10.0 since HashFast support was added in this release.

Our Baby Jet in Action!! Watch our two internal test Baby Jet systems perform mining for the Eligius bitcoin mining pool.

Eligius Link: http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats...

(If you are following our Eligius account, you will notice an average that is more than 1,000 GH/s. Please know that this is the aggregate of two internal test Baby Jets. The good news is we seem to get a solid 500 GH/s of mining performance.)

Has anyone actually pulled the court documents off of Pacer?  I would like to read just the original complaint and answer to the complaint by the named parties.  I'm guessing that since they haven't been very vocal about this they are just settling out of court.

Re: BTC-E.COM Is it a scam and who are they?
by
texasaggie
on 28/11/2013, 20:58:56 UTC
No, not a scam at all.  I have been using them for quite awhile and they are an indispensable service when it comes to converting your alt-coins to btc so you can actually realize all of your profits with a service like Coinbase. I have them as my default for deposits of Namecoins that I get in excess when mining primarily btc using BTCGuild with their merged mining of btc and nmc.  When my nmc hoard builds up to a nice amount I'll go and get a couple btc from them and BTC-E.com is the only place I have found that does this.

One Warning: You do need to see if people are currently gaming with the alt-currency that you want to exchange for btc because it can help or really hurt you. This site is the one place that is very easy to manipulate because of the lack of other market centers that trade these alt-coins and experienced users will take advantage of the novice if given the chance.
