The new beta version is ready. It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.3b from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:

  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis <n>  1 - yes (default), 0 - no

  • RTX 3060 LHR       ~ 50 MH/s
  • RTX 3060 Ti LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 Ti LHR       ~ 81 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 10GB LHR   ~ 98 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 Ti LHR       ~ 120 MH/s

  • Dual mining TON
  • Fixed an issue with expired SSL certificate that led to "certificate verify failed" errors when connecting to some pools (notably Ethermine) when using SSL connections
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs
  • Added support for the latest AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1. There are some bugs in these drivers, particularly the clocks and voltages can't be set properly with older
    cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII)
  • Validated support for the latest AMD Windows drivers up to 21.11.2
  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT cards with the latest AMD and Linux drivers
  • Fixed issues with AMD Vega and Radeon VII cards on latest Windows and Linux drivers
  • Fixed crash with very old Nvidia drivers (3xx.x)
  • Other fixes and small improvements

Known issues (driver incompatibilities, etc.) and workarounds:

If you are using Linux drivers 21.40.1 with Radeon VII cards, you need to add the option -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control.
AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1 has finally removed the requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems when you try to mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer cards on the same rig.
Some Nvidia cards will report a lot of stale shares under Windows 11. Using the same driver version under Windows 10 resolves the issue.

Many people thought that VR is the next active point in the development of the entertainment industry, but at the moment these expectations are not met.
If you talk about this project, then these are theoretical questions. Here the strategy is clearly defined and it corresponds to the current state of the market.
Yes, I'm trying to look to the future. Obviously, this project meets the current state of the market and consumer demand.

Nice news from the team:
2018-10-30
The KingSlayer gaming project is steadily moving towards achieving its goal - reaching the hardcap to execute on all of our ideas. We have analyzed the gaming market once more, and we are confident that the "MMORPG+blockchain" connection will hit the bullseye!

The game istself will attract the attention of a lot of gamers, which is expected of an MMO. The games of this genre allow to create something personal — one's own little world inside of a massive community:

communicate with other players;
personalize one's account to the maximum;
play a game with unusual gameplay and design.
Moreover, it's important to remember that KingSlayer is a gaming project aimed at the mobile games area. This market grows annually and accounts for an increasing amount of the whole gaming projects market.

The PC games era is over — the future of the gaming space is in mobile devices and games created for them!
https://kingslayer.io/news/show/52
It is hard to argue with the fact that the future of games is mobile devices. Statistics confirm that this market is growing at a record pace.
I wonder what the next step will be - VR or something else.
Many people thought that VR is the next active point in the development of the entertainment industry, but at the moment these expectations are not met.

I think that the tokens that should be burned simply will not be emitted.
I can assume that you are right. I heard about this algorithm in other projects, it is quite convenient.
This is a simpler and more effective solution. It is much easier to limit the emission of tokens than to burn extra.

Will unsold tokens be burned at the time of distribution? Or will this moment be determined later?
I think that the tokens that should be burned simply will not be emitted.

Token Sale
Time frame 10.12.2018 - 10.01.2019
• the quantity of distributed tokens = 220 000 000
• minimum investment amount = not limited
• 1 KGS = 0.1$
This information from the white paper https://kingslayer.io/storage/documents/en/whitepaper.pdf
The end of the ICO coincides with the holidays. I wonder if this will affect the activity of investors.
I like the fact that ICO is held for 3 months, this is a good time so that people have the opportunity to learn about the project plus the developers can continue to make the product.

How does this game differ from others?
Each year the gaming market (with $100 bn capitalization) is growing and developing posing new requirements. The customer now needs innovations in the form of enhanced graphics and animation, additional features (ability to earn, for example) and we are ready to provide everything possible for that. In such a way, our users will enjoy not only the game process but real money income with the help of in-game cryptocurrency.

Why in this paragraph is not directly indicated the presence of the blockchain component in the game? I think this is very important for those who are viewing information about the project.
This information is in white paper. There is too much description for the FAQ.
Perhaps you are right. If a person wants to get the details, he will be able to find them on the site. I think there is an opportunity to get advice from the team in case of any difficulties.

I do not think that the technical details are what they pay attention to when they first met the project. Mostly people are trying to understand the potential prospects and profitability of the project.
Perhaps, but I think this feature should be constantly advertised. All that includes new technologies attracts the attention of the public. Even the public who does not understand the details.

Will these proportions vary depending on the amount of funds raised?
Typically, advertising costs are variable. The remaining costs are very difficult to optimize, so the change in shares will occur at the expense of the advertising budget. In case if it is required.
It is reasonable, it turns out that the size of the soft cap reflects the budget for creating a project without taking into account (or with a minimum) advertising.
I think so too. Apparently the question of conducting a bounty campaign depends on how much the project will collect at ICO. If the fees are in the amount of at least two soft cap, then the bounty campaign will not be conducted.

I like maximum decentralization. The presence of large token owners prevents this. But this is my subjective opinion, maybe I'm wrong.
The desire for maximum decentralization is a reasonable desire. But I do not think that the ownership of any part of the tokens gives the right to vote in the project and the right to somehow manage it.
But if someone owns a large proportion of tokens, then he can control the price. From the point of view of the market model, the token distribution model is most beneficial when there are many small owners.
If we consider the situation from this point of view, then you are right. But at the moment there is no information about a big deal, you have nothing to fear.

The theme of games and economics in it is close to me, and I'm glad that the blockchain economy is starting to be built into mmorpg games. They already on exchange. They have beta version of game. In Asia region people crazy about gambling and games, and i think this games will be successful.
This project really has many reasons to become successful. I hope this does not lead to the fact that any major investor will buy this project in full.
Why do not you like this option?

It seems that before choosing a market segment for the implementation of this project, the developers conducted a serious analysis of the market and chose the most promising direction.
I have the same thoughts. Perhaps the team had strong marketing advisors.
In fact, a one-time consultation with a specialist is not expensive and at the beginning of such a global project it is worth making this waste.

Taking into account the constant growth of this market, it can be said that competition on it is less than in other areas as the size of the “pie” is constantly increasing.

What advertising platforms do you think should be used in this case?
Good question. Ideally, this should be the platform where the gaming community is located and the community that is interested in investing in blockchain technology.
Bounty campaign can effectively create informational support for the project. It seems to me that soon we will see news about it.

I wonder if it is possible to increase this rating to be in the first places on the ICO trackers.
This estimate may be changed if the project makes certain improvements. But I can assume that already with this assessment it is in the first places.

If the developers will not conduct a bounty campaign, then where will the tokens allocated for it be spent later?
ICO will take 3 months in total, I think that the bounty campaign will be conducted.
I hope so. I like this project and I would like to take part in the bounty campaign.
