i see a lot of people asking the ico price but no answer to that qustion so far which i am also curious about.

Circulating supply is around 65 Mil. 20 % of unsold tokens in ico were burned and the rest will be locked for 6 months.

This seems like a cool project- can anyone help me with the coin supply discrepancy on CMC? Etherscan and the white paper says 592,000,000 total coins, while CMC says 352,000,000 total coins. I understand the concept about coins being locked up, etc and the white paper discusses this a little bit. However, it's not clear to me where this other 40% of total coins is?
Because the coins were already 2 times burned, the third time will come when Substratum will hit Bittrex.
For me its now one of the most promising project, decentralized internet which will have demand for 750 Milion of people which are censored.
The first version will come already end of 2017. It will be very easy to use and you will get also paid for running the nodes and you dont need to have any additional software for it. They are already looking for people to test their pre beta version,
The team is very activ, they are also working on cryptopay which will come on early 2018, so you can process transactions using any coin. Remember my words that it will be huge
There is refund already on the accounts but i think it is totally unfair, i bought to the ico when QTUM was around 18 and now i got back when qtum is 11$.
They dont give the chance to keep the tokens like binance do and i think they have unclear intention behind.

Yes exactly, they have a lot of place to growth.
Look on the stats on 27.08 there was 122 000 people registered.
They wrote that everyday there are from 4000 to 6000 new user registering, just in one month the number of people registered will be minimum doubled + new coins comming, good ico, token burning.

I am completely convinced that Binance themselves are the ones keeping this coin under the price of 2.80. Every time it approaches this amount massive sell walls pop up to crash it back down. We would have easily broken $5 by now if not for this blatant manipulation.

They have to buy back 100 million of these coins with their own profits, so if it hits $20 a coin like it probably would in a month or two without their manipulation they will pretty much be buying these back for eternity. There is now some carousel and some panic of the people on binance but i am completly sure that in one month there will be huge grows, just a little patient
