I invested when site profit was 100, watched it pretty close for a couple days, decent profits...then the sh*t hits the fan this weekend and investors bail, leaving me with a high percentage of the remaining bankroll. It's fairly obvious that there is some cheating going on, and it sucks to get burned by it!

He'd keep playing until he was satisfied with his profit. With the variance, he has a large enough bankroll to come back.
So, if he comes back from his current loss and takes the site profit further into the negative, you all will still be complaining about max profit being too low, right?
Here is a simulation of someone betting the max bet on JD with an unlimited bankroll. After 2,000 max bets, how far up or down might they be? What would be the peak profit during that time? This is relevant for determining how lucky Nakowa is. Nakowa is up about 50 max bets at the moment, off of around 2000 max bets wagered.

I invested at the worst time possible, and I am still at a small loss.
It confuses me when I see people saying that still. Even if you invested at the peak before 'celeste' won 4k BTC from the site I would expect you to have been back in profit some time ago. Here's the chart of site profit over time:

The chart doesn't show how the bankroll size has changed over time. It's possible that you took a large share of the losses, and a smaller share of the subsequent recovery, but even allowing for that I would expect you to be back in profit by now.
Did you reduce your investment significantly at or near the bottom? Because that would do it...
What does 1% edge 3900 BTC mean? What's the difference between that line and just the 1% edge line. Is that the 4k Ceeste mishap?
In other words, we can expect to follow the 1% edge 3900 BTC line from here on out?

Most of the Bitfunder crowd got in around 0.0005 and 0.0008, so what do you expect in vacuum of useful information.
Right, I knew about that, but why aren't people selling on BTCT to increase either profit or number of shares, or both by buying on BitFunder?

Wrong. If overall investment decreases, your piece of the cake gets bigger.
