Re: [ANN] [AIRDROP] 🔥 TuurnT.io 🔥 - $80000 available

I watched the Tuurnt video and am excited about this project.  The web is already being seen as "old" and outdated (and in a jaded view "fake") so competitors like evite are going to be left behind.  Some of the things I like about Tuurnt are the ability to find events in the nearby area spontaneously and the host reviews aspect.  I have some curiosity how Tuurnt will deal with ratings gaming and then there's the question of how does someone who is a new host compete in a field of 5 star established hosted events?  I'm a bit old so appreciate back in my clubbing days that part of a night out of fun was the adventure and risk associated with finding a good club so I think I miss that on behalf of younger people these days that that bit of mystery is removed from the experience.  I hope Tuurnt's ratings ask specific questions about why people do or do not like a place.  Some of my favorite clubs had concrete floors and were dives but had awesome bands and decent drinks and there should be a way to merge the various nuances of what makes a good vibe.  Looking forward to watching and following this project and supporting it.

Thank you for this information.  Do you know if there is a way to use your Facebook page instead of the personal FB account?  I'm more comfortable using a page than using my personal fb which is basically a few friends and family. Although fb doesn't allow boosting crypto related posts so it seems it might not even be worth the time to try to make it work out.

If we have our windows wallets encrypted when do we unlock them for staking? Will there be some kind of announcement (where?)?  Is it worth staking if you only have a few hundred sigt?  Are there any risks?  Thanks

You know what would solve Cryptopia's problem? To make the logo bigger!  and the background photo.  More dropshadow, too.

anyone had any support replies from cryptopia? This is seriously f'ed up... Why would the wallet work everywhere else but not cryptopia? are they intentionally doing this?

The communication is confusing about Cryptopia.  They say it's fixed, but it isn't.  I don't know why it's like that either.  I did see something about a pool being hacked and a large amount of stolen coin being sent to Cryptopia.  Maybe they froze the wallet to try to somehow recover the stolen coins but that is just speculation on my part.  They should say so if they are trying to help out with something like that.  Maybe I just have wishful thinking but trying to think positively rather than just "they suck."

I feel like the most important thing we can do right now is to get an aggressive public relations and promotional tactic in play.

I remember we had ZEN do that and the price more than tripled in a couple weeks.

Anything.  Signatures.  Social media.  We could hold a contest for best ad and winner gets sigt reward.  Or sigt reward for proof a member has done a campaign at a (real or digital) place potential customers might be interested.  Videos.  Blogs.  Interviews.

On ZEN it was funded by the devs because they got about 2.5% of all coins mined.

I wonder if people here would be opposed to giving developers an extra 5% stake to be used on expenses related to self-promotion.

I found out about SIGT on what to mine.  An ad there might be good idea, or just promoting what to mine since it seems to be where people are referred to from search engines and other places.

Trying to decide if i should just get rid of my coins at novaexchange for cheap now or pray for a boost when they finally fix the wallet on cryptopia. . .

Price wasn't bad last time i sold on nova. Now there is a wide gap between it and cryptopia

Pardon my naivete as I really am a newbie but why would you sell low?  We aren't even at staking phase yet.  Does it cost anything to hold?

not sure if this has been asked before.

what happens to mined coins on suprnova auto-debited to cryptopia since the wallet maintenance?
no deposit history since the 1st of September on cryptopia.

I do not know the answer to your question but wanted to suggest if you haven't already to download the desktop wallet https://signatum.io/#downloads.  It's less than 1GB total to sync.  Then change your auto-payout address to your desktop wallet.  I'm not sure when Cryptopia added this text to their wallet on their account page but it says on mine "WARNING! Please do not mine directly to your Cryptopia addresses, We do not support generated transactions from pools like P2Pool etc."

In general you shouldn't mine directly to an exchange.  There's no reason to with the SIGT especially wallet being small and tidy right now.  I hope someone can help you with your question about your coins.

I am impressed with this coin. Soon my GPUs will be running.  Grin Grin

THE PROBLEM IS SIGNATUM NEEDS A PURPOSE

IT NEEDS TO SOLVE SOMETHING

THEN I SHALL FIND A USE

BE ADAPTED

AND MOON

i had 12 rigs mining SIGT now I have 0 on it that's how confident I am

One of the strongest qualities of Signatum is its name.  I think it would appeal to medical, academia, and insurance purpose due to its Latin roots.  All of those areas are big on paperwork and bureaucracy which is the antithesis of many cryptocurrency ethos.  But yet Ripple panders to the banks and institutions and it may live even with such an awful name.  What is it? Chips?  Candy? Wink  The SIGT market is nice for a proof of a working coin, but it is not new and it is reinventing the wheel.  Devs time would be better spent working on more difficult problems.  The encryption of private data such as for patients or academic works and research would be useful and encryption method and delivery is the best value.  To gain interest from those areas the development team would need to make better practice of written documentation and research and rely less on trendy communication like discord while I do understand it is good to talk to the community - devs should be working not talking directly to community.  Do they have a someone who can handle the communication for them?  We shouldn't expect them to social/coms and develop at same time that is not reasonable.

The plus is that many large beaurocracies use 3rd party tools, especially education, and with the development team might even receive funding if they genuinely pursued it.  It might sound silly to say a name is so important, but with SIGT it is a strong feature.  SIGT team should recruit people who know how to write proposals and ask for specialized help.
I'm holding my small amount of SIGT.  Good luck team!

When the fuck is cryptopia going to fix the wallet issues. Its been over 2 weeks and cant do anything. They send a generic answer and now it says rebuilding wallet. How long does it take to do this crap. DEVS? any of you been in touch with them or what

Craptopia is pissing me off too.
It takes too long. I'm starting to doubt that sync and rebuilding wallet may take so long.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Same for me.  I would like to move the SIGT to desktop wallet but am unable due to Cryptopia wallet "Maintenance: Rebuilding and Recyncing wallet" at least since Aug. 31
