NxtChg left us, withdraw from the exchange. He had another of his emotional breakdowns caused by his Obsessive–compulsive disorder and left, althought we asked him to stay

a) I am a programmer with OCD, most of you here know what I mean: we obsess about tiniest details and double, triple check everything, especially something as important as sending a big chunk of money.

Thanks salsacz...That doesn't help me with my issue but that's not your concern...Thanks again Smiley

What's even scarier is there is increasing talk by the IMF and national central banks of a one-time 25% wealth tax to try and rebalance the currently desperate debt ratios faced by banks:

Good fucking grief. *facepalm*

EDIT: How the fuck did our world get to this point where screwing up gets you more and lets you keep screwing up?

People do not realize how desperate the world financial situation is.   Where do you think A TRILLION DOLLARS  comes from EVERY YEAR NOW to finance the American government annual deficit?  It used to come from China.  No more, they're out of cash.  Since 2009, if came from the Fed.  No more, they're out of cash.  Um, NOW WHAT?

If you are an American, IT'S GONNA COME FROM YOU.  And since Washington can't say the words "New Taxes"...

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/01/30/your-money/obama-orders-creation-of-myRA-accounts.html?_r=0

..as in "Give us your money NOW and don't come back for it for 20/30/40 years..."

Since the crash in 2007 it's all been a game of musical chairs, and the music has been getting slower and slower.

It's about to stop.

To the whales out there, I have a question.
If the community voted to spend 10 million NXT in community fund on marketing, how would that affect you:

A) Positively, would buy more
B) Neutrally, no change
C) Negatively, would sell part of all of NXT

Any other comments from the "whale" perspective about NXT marketing spending would be appreciated. If you are thinking this way, then odds are that other potential whales are thinking the same way too.

James

you have to define whale

I don't know, maybe something like:

50 BTC dolphin
100 BTC small whale
250 BTC medium whale
1000 BTC big blue whale

Hi everyone.

How about these for a couple of proofs of concept?  Two one-minute spots I recorded this evening:

General Nxt intro: https://soundcloud.com/whatsupnxt/nxtminute-0001
Nxt minute: https://soundcloud.com/whatsupnxt/nxtminute_0002

I welcome feedback.

Update 13: Bitcoin Conference Miami

This one is a big deal; we had a great meeting with Eric from ZipZap. JustaBit has talked with Zipzap quite a bit in the past for Peercoin, providing what they needed to make an informed decision about adding it to their platform. Today, Eric, myself, JustaBit and eB101 talked about how to move Nxt forward with Zipzap. Fantastic information, Eric is a straight shooter which I appreciate.  JustaBit is willing to help facilitate this the same way he did with Peercoin. Once we're added to Vircurex and/or Cryptsy, we'll provide liquidity information to help push this forward.

Update 13b

It hasn't been made public yet, but JustaBit will be leaving the Peer community at the end of the month on great terms to work on a company we've been developing called CoinTropolis. He'll have much more bandwidth available for Nxt. If you're not familiar with ZipZap, you might want to start reading up now. Zipzap will allow us to get coins into the hands of Joe User for cash. This is the big leagues in crypto.

It was great to have eB101 with us during the meetings, I know he'll do a great job helping coordinate the International Nxt community.

Great Job in Miami!!!SmileySmileySmiley

weekend sell of on bter?

Remember the 0.00007 test we were talking about the other day?  It seems it is about to test that level again.

So... if it breaks it on the downside... there will be support at 0.000064... and/or as low as 0.00004.

On the flip-side... look for resistance at 0.00009... and then at 0.00011... before we get a new High.

Thank you!! Smiley
