I would agree on that, @alegotardo. I think that when reporting and complaining about a casino, especially when it is done publicly, the user should lay all the cards on the table to make the issue clear and precise to the audience. In this way, it could be understood easily and the narrative would be bombarded with assumptions or be directed to stems of additional stories. OP should really provide all of the necessary evidences to his claims, and have the courtesy to at least update here.

I would second that, @batang_bitcoin. Bots only help to make a repetitive action more efficient by doing it for you, under the right automation, but fo not necessarily mean that probability of gaining is affiliated with such. Hence, this type of offer is too good to be true and no one should fall under such scheme. On top of that, there casinos that prohibits the use of bots, so instead of helping, it might put you on jeopardy.

While I personally do not have any issue with KYC especially under reasonable circumstances, as I’ve stated before, I understand that many really dislikes it. Welcome to the forum! Honestly speaking, I have lost hope that this new casino could be good, as I’ve started reading through the thread. But, the attitude that they show with actively listening and accepting critics, then complying with the suggestions, is something that they will be really credited for. As per the KYC matter, I do not really mind, but on behalf of the majority of users here, I think OP should really take a look on it on another angle once more.

I do relate with what you are saying, and frankly you have stated this on point, @Chato1977. If starting a thread is solely intended to just plainly make their name known and exposed, then maybe it should be indicated that inquiries will be entertained once they are set to do so. Or if they really would want to interact with bitcoin users, then in order to save time, they should put out all necessary information and anticipate those that will be asked. But of course, they should explain themselves once concerns are  being raised. After all it is the purpose of advertising here, to get the trust of the users by proving that the site is trustworthy.

Exactly, @Reatim. No one is being forced by anyone to try this site right away. And honestly speaking, it would be the wisest and safest decision to not try a site unless it is completely established and can provide assurance of quality service experience. In the case of representative activeness, it is becoming a concern because it reflects on how they would also listen and respond to their customers. As per the KYC, I think that when a casino is licensed it is most likely to happen to be required, although I’m not saying this for all.

That would be really true. I think that Drake also has his own financial manager or people who would organize his assets, advise him stay in his limitations and the likes. And if this is just an advertising stunt then they really did a good job because the name of stake has been loud ever since Drake came into the scene.
