After reviewing preliminaly token sale results, Tokenlend team decided to claim the TLN token sale and the Tokenlend ICO as failed.

Thus:

1. TLN tokens will not be put in circulation
2. Tokenlend platform will not be developed and launched within the scope and in terms of Tokenlend whitepaper
3. ALL  FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONTRIBUTORS IN FULL
4. Bounty tokens will not be distributed

Our ICO sale has just started!

It will be completed on May 10th.

Token Sale Bonuses
Depending on sale progress, the following bonus tiers will be applied:
● Tier 1: 0 >= 1,000 ETH​- 10% bonus tokens
● Tier 2: 1,000 >= 3,000 ETH​- 7% bonus tokens
● Tier 3: 3,000 >= 9,000 ETH​- 5% bonus tokens

We have lots of questions how are we different from our competitors.

ETHLend - decentralized P2P lending platform. Provides crypto-to-crypto lending of virtually any ERC-20 token (at the moment).
Pros: Almost not regulated, due to pure crypto loan nature. Good for margin trading opportunities. Easy integration with new tokens.
Cons: Young team with low experience in complex software solutions development. No crypto-to-fiat loans. No low-risk collaterals (property, shares, etc.). Although, default risk is mitigated as long as loan is fully collateralized, market value of collateral can drop unpredictably, thus causing massive loss.


TokenLend uses real estate assets as collateral for customers investments. Much less risky compared to crypto assets collateral.

Crypto currencies are falling and falling.

It is because there was a whitelisting period with possibility of pre-ordering tokens through the https://presale.tokenlend.io.  Thus, 1400 ETH were raised before the smart-contract deployment. You can check transactions through etherscan and see that there were initial token transfers at the moment of deployment, before opening pre sale

Yes, we have reached our minimal cap (800 ETH) and we will start development in April.

Our soft cap target is 5,000 ETH and is another target for the project but not a critical one.

Probably close to 0.0004 eth per one TLN token. It is our nominal price for ICO.

Even on those two market it would be possible to reach 30-40 mln EUR portofolio of assets for P2P platform.

Tokens will be sent to you immediately after payment, but they will be available for transfers on 17th May.

We had received numerous requests  from some cool blockchain guys but we decided to limit our advisors to indeed our close "allies": we were not looking for hype when we selected our advisors.  We were for our closely known by us and proven partners and friends.
