I also see it that way OP did not play for 5 years his account is already inactive now he just get active and try to claim the referral commissions other casinos would have done the same, OP you are not scammed it's on their terms, that casino does not have an announcement here but this will not qualify in the scam accusation, you just have to move on.

And I'd like to ask why did you not play here since you have referrals that are actively playing.

Exactly. It is also interesting that the OP mentions Stake and Bitsler casinos and claims to have never faced such a problem with them. However, if we look at the terms of use of the Bitsler affiliate program, we can see similar rules regarding inactive accounts. So it looks like the OP is lying and trying to twist the facts to suit his argument.

15. INACTIVE USERS

If it has been more then 6 months , since your last connection to your account , you will have 2 possible consequences:

Hey mate, I’m not trying to defend the casino since I don’t have any info about them but according to your conversation with the support/owner, Your casino account is inactive for almost 5 years which means your account already expires. All casino nowadays have this kind of rule in their ToS that ranging from 6 months to 1 year inactivity before your account got restricted.

I think you have the right to claim those referrals that you earn when you are still active but the support has a valid point regarding your existing referrals since your account is already closed. You should read always the ToS so that you will be aware on the casino rules. I agree on the support because I knew exactly that kind of rules exist on any casino.

Well, I would never go there if they wouldn't send me continuous messages. I went there and found my account is active. But they just blocked it after contacting that owner/support.
It doesn't matter that they have blocked my account with such a tiny amount. The problem is how an owner/support can do such behaviour.

So I just wanted to let everyone know that you could face such kind of words from this casino. That's it.

Hi guys, Please be careful with sharkoin.com. I strongly believe it's a scam casino looking for some big deposits. Recently I tried to withdraw some of my affiliate commissions after a long time as they continuously sending emails about my affiliates. I found around $10 in affiliate commission and tried to withdraw it. But it was pending for more than 24 hours. So I have to contact their support or owner in telegram. But I am really surprised by the behaviour of this guy.

I have never met such a support or owner. So just be cautious before making a deposit.  I wouldn't even open this thread as the amount is very low. But I have to let the community know about the risk of such behaviour. I am adding my conversation screenshots here -

I think you can verify it by checking your deposit history. if they sent the amount through your BTC address, the history should be available in your transaction.
If it is not available in your deposit history, that means you received the money like free bonuses ( i.e tips, rains, race prizes etc). As far as I know, Wolf doesn't count free money for weekly bonuses. But your wagers will be counted and you should receive some rakeback for your wagers.

Bonus codes are mainly loss-back based, wolf accounts for the gameplay from the last 7 days and based on that grant a code.
Turnover is not important at all for the weekly bonus code.

@tomal1003, based on the screenshots you provided, you don’t need to do full KYC or upload any identification document. They are asking for some basic information like mail adress, IP adress, deposit txid. First time really that I see that a site resuests this but it is different from full KYC. They ask you to send all the infomation to the email adress they provided.

Actually, they are asking to verify KYC. I provided them with my email address then they asked me to verify KYC. Maybe you misunderstand because I have removed the message where I enter my email address as I don't want to share it publicly.

Also, I have attached the proof of my email here  Smiley As I didn't make any deposit there so without my username, password and email address there is no other proof I have.

I sent 2 emails on 11th November and 15th November but till now, no reply from the team. Since I have no funds there I gave up and never went back there.

We have 28 live support agents working

To be fair, your support system is really poor. I contacted support about my account issue and they asked me to write an email. Maybe my account is blocked due to long-time inactivity. It was not so hard to solve.
I followed their instructions and sent an email on 11th Nov. But I didn't get a response from your support agents yet.

I have contacted the live support team again. The team said I need to verify my KYC though I don't know how to do it as my account is still blocked.

Anyway, I would stay out of it and not verify my KYC for no reason. [note: the support team is super slow]

Was this part of TOS? Admitedly I didn't read it but I also didn't do anything wrong with my account.

You cannot retrieve it because another casino holds the same address. The user will eventually lose his funds.

They blame me that I have created multiple self-referred accounts. I worked with many casinos and refer many users. I have a very good reputation as well. But they blame this on me without giving any proper evidence.
I have only 1 account there. I know the rules and respect them. I didn't break it.

I just noticed a scam accusation. So it's better to avoid this casino.

How many original games you have? What I mean is the provably fair games you have in your gambling site since I don't see the option of the original games and I am not sure which one is the original one and from third party providers.

If you live in one of these countries, you will not be allowed to log in to wolfbet. But as far as I know, they don't have any restrictions on VPNs.
