Anybody have an idea? I think the number on the coin is 5784623964023x2 or 5784623864023x2 or 5784623064023x2. These numbers are on each first coin of all 6 sets. I tried to multiply etc... but couldn't decipher it. If anybody could, send me a portion(No amount is too small!). Wink

57846239640235784623964023 Can be factorised as primes which is what is done with the sepc256k1 curve where F = 2^256-2^32 etc (can't remember exactly)
http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=57846239640235784623964023

Because there is a reverse R I thought these coin numbers were used to find a point on the curve since doubling a point (ie x2) requires a reflection of R ie 2P = Я because it's the only time R is used in math and its reversed.
Basically I think this is how you find the private key for the ฿1

Other things to think about:
Famous Russian princess? Anastasia
"I like da Bitcoin" I like yes Bitcoin?
A lot of this video is similar to the original Bitcoin video from weusecoins.com (the OLD and new video)

I've kinda given up, because why run a contest if you don't keep up with it.

I don't follow what you say about reversal.

You gave idea to try playing with the numbers again.  Repeat the number 6 times to get a big number:
578462396402357846239640235784623964023578462396402357846239640235784623964023
But it does not work since it is too big
>>> 2**256
115792089237316195423570985008687907853269984665640564039457584007913129639936

Without repeating the numbers 6 times, all the numbers come out very small, and I don't think the private key will be a small number.

But above is too simple.  It does not use enough of the other clues, like the whitepaper and the long code that started with 9...

Which long code starting with 9?

I think its this one:

Code:
9e]IW8lnJN;J[88U316;JA!c:,>1Q9LViK;Jnrr;e+2A5m&]:24`D9/(-@=>3p(9km[F9m UnV9JCQC<,?Js;gE:=:fTe8A6)E>:2*.=<^g.K>"2XO;,pL`6r@lA:If2E;gE::<-i2'@73C q9PS3!=$q%F9iP:_=_]fJ:2+B]9NXo"9mL5':fLt=>'a=1=Apqd9h0/4@mj1<<(9b=[P&e@ r+Iu;-.OY:O+oW9e^*&?Q#6Ypsm=D^r7

This might be ciphertext and we need to decrypt it. It is strange, though, because it only contains ascii characters from 32 to 118 (space through 'v'), and it seems they are not uniformly distributed. See the frequency count below. Unless this is seemingly non-uniform by chance, there is a good change it is a "simple" encryption scheme.

Deciphered the sound cloud file:

I translate it to:

"DIMCIATDRAI THERE ARE MORE THAN 30 BRAINWALLETS. YOU CAN FIND THE 31ST BRAINWALLET WHERE IT ALL STARTED. IN THE STARTOF THE THE BEGINNING. STARTS WITH PAPA END WITH MIKE. K3R3Y0P1T"

With errors (typos?) and everything.

Starts with papa (p) ends with mike (m).
Satoshi's paper started it all.
Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System

Interesting, but you are not quite right. The title of the whitepaper was: "Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System". See https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf.

Also, Satoshis first email to the cryptography mailing list had the subject: "Bitcoin P2P e-cash paper". See https://www.mail-archive.com/cryptography@metzdowd.com/msg09959.html

It seems you are onto something with the NATO alphabet, though.

If you look at the next frames you will notice that the number change into 2784623964023x2

It's interesting to notice that 2784623964023 is a prime number, which very likely is not a coincidence, it's moderately large prime. However, as someone said it's probably to small (0x1098FFBC) to be a direct private key in the ECDSA sense of the word, or "secret exponent" as Brainwallet.org calls it. Such "small" numbers are almost certainly in hash tables of people who brute force private keys and would be collected until now. It may be a part of the custom ECDSA implementation as order of ECDSA curve or something, but writing such a custom implementation would require bigger award then 1 BTC so this may be a blind alley.

2784623964023 is not a prime number. It has two factors 11 and 253147633093.

Did you guys see that at ~1:39 in the video, "brainwallet" is a link/annotation that says "Clue #13". I can't click it. Was it there before?

No I haven't seen it before, actually I'm sure it wasn't there before, but someone already got clue #13.

Ok. Do you know what Clue #13 was?

All integers greater than one can be written as a product of primes. Look up the fundamental theorem of arithmetic.

not anyone claimed 1btc till now ?

If we can't even decrypt the following, then we sure as well aren't going to win the 1 BTC.

Code:
9e]IW8lnJN;J[88U316;JA!c:,>1Q9LViK;Jnrr;e+2A5m&]:24`D9/(-@=>3p(9km[F9m UnV9JCQC<,?Js;gE:=:fTe8A6)E>:2*.=<^g.K>"2XO;,pL`6r@lA:If2E;gE::<-i2'@73C q9PS3!=$q%F9iP:_=_]fJ:2+B]9NXo"9mL5':fLt=>'a=1=Apqd9h0/4@mj1<<(9b=[P&e@ r+Iu;-.OY:O+oW9e^*&?Q#6Ypsm=D^r7

I agree.  I think it's good kryptokit has slowed down the publishing of the clues so that people can work on things like above.  Maybe they should only post the next clue after the above has been solved, and when someone posts explanations of the solved, but unexplained ones like #13.

Any more clues being posted is probably only going to help a very small number of people...  someone seems to have solved the last 4 or so, and not letting others know.  That's fine if they want to keep it secret, but if I was kryptokit, I would also keep the remaining clues secret for the meantime.

LOL, it looks a lot like Befunge code ;-) It isn't, though...

What about the option of switching to 3TH in Jupiters?

Right now the only option for anything even near ROI is to get the hashrate asap.

Nah, that's moving a step backwards. On top of that that means I have to buy even more PSUs to run all of the extra boards on the controllers.

Either way, we wont be hashing until the last week of Q2 it seems with the most recent news regarding the Neptunes.

Ok, I see. That sucks...

I haven't voted (haven't used the forum in a long time and forgot my pw), but I'd vote for a refund with my single share, unless that is too late now.

Hello tommyl - you need to input a Payment Address on your Account Details page for your Litecoins to be sent. Smiley

Once you've done that, payouts should be every 40 minutes as long as your "Current Confirmed balance" (shown on the left hand panel on the site when you're logged on) is greater than your "Automatic Payout" minimum (shown in your "Account Details" page).

Apologies by the way to everyone for the downtime earlier today - caused by more email spam clogging up one of the logs.

Oh, look at that.. I thought I entered my LTC address, but I guess not.. Thanks!

If all the big mining pools are taken down, perhans they can quickly redirect their zombies to hashing and screw up the block chain. Is that too conspiratory or would it be realistic? As of now they have effectively halved the network computation speed: http://bitcoin.sipa.be/

Ok, so my graph from yesterday says I got about half as much bitcoins yesterday as I usually do. So, has anyone else had a problem or is it just me?
Hopefully it was just because of the ddos attack and that my miners couldn't connect.. but I didn't have that many failed connection attempts actually.

It is probably combination of friday's attack and bad luck which we had on friday's afternoon (when pool was running fine again). I see dropped daily reward on my miners, too.

Ok, *phew*! ;-)

My stats seem to be wrong as well. They don't update as fast as they usually do. Anyone else have this problem?

Is this a problem with the webpage or am I losing BTCs here?

if these 20-30 machines are actually yours why wouldn't you have root access? or atleast physical access?

Sounds like an unauthorized botnet....

There could of cource be several different reasons for not having root access, without them being botnet zombies. Btw, I do have physical access, but that is not helping me very much here since still don't have root...
