When will the quarterly report be released

Within the next few days.

So what's the need for having to keep the TaaS in one spot between the snapshot and payout?  Is it just in case there's a new or late snapshot?

There is no need to keep your TaaS in your wallet if the snapshot has been taken. The thing is though, there is no way of knowing when the snapshot has actually been taken, so you wouldn't even know when to move it. I personally would just wait with moving your TaaS after actually getting your profit share.

guys!!

My friend got Taas Coins on My Ether Wallet !!
I do not see any problem with that. The Tass team will announce the share of each Taas token in the distribution of dividends.

Yes, they mentioned it is going to be confidential for security reasons but from Nov 1st to Nov 10th in between those dates they will start distributing the dividends. May be today they are going to take snapshot of the token holders.

not fair, why can't they make it at least distributed in a single day?
those who received their tokens the first will be the first to dump TAAS as well and will just wait for its price to turn about $3 and they can buy back and will have more TAAS soon. thats just sick

The payouts will all be paid within 24 hours (once the payout process is going), don't you worry about that. What he is referring to is that the snapshot is somewhere in that time frame.

From Telegram:

Message approved by @ivankavader:

1. We won’t send payouts to those wallets on exchanges, which we will be able to identify (meaning that some exchanges addresses are excluded from the profit share but not all). The profit share that would normally go to the exchange will remain part of the portfolio.

1.1. That still means that TaaS token owners, who haven’t moved their token out of exchange before the deadline, won’t get payout. Here’s what will happen with their payouts: 1. Exchanges won’t get a profit share at all (addresses are excluded from payouts) or - 2. The exchange will get the profit share instead of the end user, you.

1.2 There is no list of exchanges which will definitely get or won’t definitely get the payouts.

2. We are currently researching different ways of determining exchange wallets.

3. Liqui is third party, TaaS can’t be responsible for their actions. We are however on talks with Liqui about the current situation.

Received email from taas team regarding Q3 dividend

so snapshot date is 31st OCT, right?

I think the snapshot date is on 1st Nov. In the newsletter, they are asking not to move your TAAS after 31st OCT 23:59 PM.

They want to keep the date a bit secret to avoid dumping after the release of dividend and also to avoid buying when the exact date for the payout is known.I am happy to hold some of it and waiting for the sweet dividend to arrive as the same as the first payout but more this time Wink

I'll repeat myself:

The snapshot will be taken on (somewhere within) the period starting Nov 1st + 7 days (information from Ivanka, telegram). The team will announce when it’s done so you can move your tokens again. Like mentioned in the announcement, they do this as a security measure. The actual payout might be some days after the snapshot, this is also something the team will announce. There are no exact dates for the snapshot or actual payout.

Hi guys, topped up some more, but the new amount, I'm tempted to keep it in Liqui because of the high withdrawal fee, did you guys come to an agreement about the profit share payments into Liqui?

Like mentioned in the announcement, no profit share if you keep your tokens in the exchange.

My expectations are also big share of dividends this time. They have made quite interesting investments but when the screenshot will be taken ? Is there any determined date yet ? Having clearly idea means with possibility of buying more if appear some chances before time.

Have heard TAAS team invested in Coindash and stox and
both the coins have been dumped very hard..

any backup plan from taas team?

check their token tracker in their eth wallet https://etherscan.io/address/0xecd7DA67e6563bbddfc2ddff9BA2632c721aF181
they do have more than 1.5 Million Coindash token and 150K Stox.

if you wanna copy their trade, subscribe to them and check this page from time to time. if they have coindash profile soon, it would be best.

thanks for link..
Which Tab to check for trades. ??
transactions or internal transactions

That wallet is the cold storage wallet, it is not used for trading necessarily.

TaaS trade history: https://ca.taas.fund/exchanges/ (always check yesterdays date for latest information, otherwise people could trade against TaaS)

For ICO investments you should follow their Twitter, Medium or Telegram (https://t.me/taasfundnews - for news only).

Arent they using a bot on Poloniex for their trades? I heard this somewhere if anyone can answer my question?

While their portfolio is down on these coins, they do have some %of gains on other coins which I feel will balance the whole.

TaaS doesn't use trading bots. Period. Also, TaaS does balance the portfolio in such a way that it doesn't really matter if some of these investments go down. Even if the prices go down or up, they keep ajusting so the portfolio keeps well balanced.

TaaS founders, and team, have way more to earn by going the way they mentionned, than to go by scamming people. Plus, yeah they will send 50% as quaterly payout, 25% as reserve fund ( or to bring Token price back up ), but they mention as well that they will keep the other 25% as company profit, from which I think it is right.I am hoping that if TAAS can keep giving out good dividends every quarter, this might help to offset my losses in other areas where my portfolio has relatively nose dived. I know bitcoin has gone up but many of my coins have gone down and my portfolio has suffered because of this fact.

Not sure if I understand you correctly. Please note that the first 25% you mentioned does not necessarily goes to the RF. At the moment the RF is used for really long term investments (this changed because the team has enough liquid ETH to always be able to payout the profit share).

How the TaaS ICO investment flow works: ICO Investment -> (value removed from NAV) -> ICO Investment becomes liquid -> (value added to NAV). Now it is still the question if that investment was part of the RF or not. If it was, it does not count towards the profit calculation. That way the team doesn't have to worry about investments that take a really long time to mature (investments in the RF do not need to be liquidated or be forced to be liquidated).

Is there a way we can download spreadsheet of trades doing by TAAS team
concept looks good to me

No spread sheet needed. Please head over to https://ca.taas.fund/ (new version of this portal should be up later this month with hopefully NAV and RF information). Make sure to select yesterdays' date to see the almost complete list of holdings. Under 'History' you can see the trades made. Most ICO investments are hold in the cold wallets (not yet completely linked to the CA).

We added a few more today to our position as I believe TAAS to be one of those more solid investments in the crypto space. It is far less volatile and is holding out quite well. Yes the impending bitcoin crash has made it devalue against the dollar but I am sure BTC will be on the rise once the China debacle and the November fork discussions are over. For now those who like TAAS should keep strengthening their positions.

its worth investing to tokens that offer dividends indeed. I holder both of these tokens but since I have gained hundreds of USD this btc dip,  i'm now caught between TAAS and NEO. i wish i just knew when Taas will take a snap to each ETH address holders so i can shift between the two every now and then. any idea when they'd take snaps?
The TaaS team make a Announcement regarding dividends week before dividends date also send a massages via an e-mail addresses.

do you mean that when the TAAS team sends us email that's the time they will check whether we hold TAAS tokens and thus the calculation of dividends? that would be too easy for us which we can then send out TAAS to our MEW, is that it?

No. How it works is the following (would assume it would be the same this time): https://medium.com/@Taas/taas-payout-instruction-13ab28c48309

TLDR: The team picks a time-frame on when the payout happens (this time-frame is a week). It is important to have your TaaS in a dividend compatible wallet (see post) before the start of that time-frame. Somewhere in that time-frame the team will make a snapshot. Could be during the first day, second, third... no way of knowing. Once that snapshot is taken the team will prepair the payout and pay the profit share to their token holders. You might be wondering why they hide the snapshot date. This is so that people won't be able to manipulate the price by timing the snapshot (see it as a security measure).

I think my holdfolio should have Tass too.

Nice profit sharing.

Does it possible to see TaaS asset allocation?

For now it is possible to see the trades made and assets hold by going to ca.taas.fund. A new version of this portal (called the CA, Cryptographic Audit) will hopefully launch later this month. The current one does miss important information such as NAV, RF holdings and cold-storage holdings. Even though the current CA is not being a complete list of assets, it gets close. Hope this helps. You can also follow TaaS on Medium to get notified when they invest in ICOs and what not.

has anyone send their ETH from taas.fund to any exchange? I´ve just sent some to Liqui and is been like 4 hours and nothing...

thanks

People need to understand that sending any ETH from your TaaS.fund wallet will be send via a smart contract. Most exchanges do not accept deposits from smart contracts and will thus 'lock' your ETH deposit. Don't worry though, your ETH is fine. What you should do to 'unlock' the ETH is to send a little bit of ETH from a non-smart contract address, for example MEW. Liqui will now recognize all the eth waiting in their own smart contract and deposit it to your account. Not sure if this works for other exchanges as well.

There could be a variety of reasons your tokens are stuck, it's most probably because ETHEREUM is congested. I have had delays in token withdrawals and deposits right across the board with ERC20 tokens. As long as it's recorded on the blockchain you should be o.k or it might be a delay on LIQUI's end. Find out how many confirmations you need before it shows up.

damn taas announce new cooperation

price will follow

when is dividends payout date? nov, dec 2017?

The profit share will be paid (early) November.

If we based on price in satoshi

Taas is still on negative side am i right?

It was around 100,000 satoshi during ICO?

All depends on how you look at it. The ICO was proposed in 1$ per 1 TaaS (I think most of us look at the dollar value anyway since the fund is also calculated/valued in fiat instead of crypto). If you did invest BTC and still calculate your profit in BTC you might (depends on when you actually jumped in during the ICO or after) still be pulling on the shorter end, yes. However, you also have to take the last profit share in mind and how that would affect your calculations.

Good news , I've received an email from TaaS team. Token holders receive 50% of fund earnings quarterly, further – “payout”. and the payout will be send in the form of ETH. the expected payout per 1 TaaS token will be announced additionally together with fund’s performance report. distributed between 4th and 10th August, your TaaS tokens should be stored in

    TaaS wallet;
    open-Source & Client-Side Ether Wallet – MyEtherWallet;
    hardware wallets –  Trezor and Ledger;
    exchanges that support TaaS token and payouts – Livecoin.net;
    Ethereum desktop wallet – Mist or Parity.

99% sure but could someone confirm IMtoken wallet also would work to receive the payout? Thanks

Do you own your private keys and is it ERC20 compatible? If yes, you should be fine.

---

The USD/ETH rate used for the first profit share was drafted up on August 1st. The fixed rate is 199.055 USD/ETH (or about .0014 ETH per taas). Just got the conformation from the team.
