Re: JP Morgan says large firms will not follow Tesla's bitcoin move
by

I guess it's just how large firm behave, not gonna invest into something until they really sure and many people have already jumped in and I guess that happens to their idea of diversification too and risk calculation.
However, there's always an outlier why will try to make fortune when thing is still young and make many profit out of it, JP Morgan could say whatever he wants but I'm sure in the future there gonna be some large firms investing to crypto.

Re: Is Polkadot Good For Future?
by

on 02/03/2021, 07:26:39 UTC
Their parachain sounds really interesting tbh and i'm being frank here, if there's any coin that could overtake ETH it's maybe polkadot, BNB and ADA honestly just becomes 3rd temporarily and polkadot is still relatively new.
If you think DOT is really worth your investment then maybe you can try it out, since most of the crypto that are high in market caps have good ROI for long term.

They better also implement crypto as payment method in their services because using credit card is such a PITA not to mention it's really vulnerable to credentials data stealing.
But seriously though, cryptocurrency gonna be mainstream in no time and will be number 1 choice for sending money internationally, these recognition by the large corporation is such a catalyst for that to happen.

Re: Why ETH dropped 20% from the high peak? Anyone knows?
by
torrantz
on 01/03/2021, 07:54:27 UTC
I see, it looks like a clearance for price value and gives opportunity for the low end or small time buyers. But how it strengthen the market of crypto?
Maybe strengthen market because the trading volume is kinda high therefore it might reflect that the buy and sell order are on its peak too but honestly that have a little thing to do with the market strength. If the market cap grows bigger the market will be stronger aswell, so therefore eth dumping shouldn't be considered as strengthening the market.

Re: how to detect and discover rise and explosion alt coins ?
by
torrantz
on 01/03/2021, 07:19:38 UTC
Isn't one of the ways check Coinmarketcap and then check which went up the most the last week or day?  Of course if you do that... well many coins probably already hit the peak or close to it?
If you do it that way most of the time you gonna just find a coin that's already past its bullrun phase, but even if you found one that's still on the way to its peak you gonna be really hesitant since it's already going up and it might go down anytime. The best way to discover coin that's gonna get bullrun is the news regarding the projects.

Re: Why Elon Musk Again & Again Tweet for Doge?
by
torrantz
on 01/03/2021, 05:02:12 UTC
Maybe elon bought dogecoin before the time that the price of doge is very low and now he is making money by the power of his influence , by just simply tweeting doge and after he tweeted now his ready to slowly selling some of his doge and he repeat the process until his all doge totally discarded.
That could be the case but some people said elon only owns small amount of the coin but to be honest none of us in crypto space really honest about the existence of our asset to not get unnecessary attention.
There's reason why elon keep tweeting again and again and maybe that have to do with him growing his asset but that's just my wild hunch, don't take it seriously, moreover tesla company already invested to btc so it's kinda possible.

Re: Currently i am quit from market and come in 2024

If you think that's the best course of action you can take then good for you. I still planning to get involved into the current market since we don't really know whether the bearish gonna come or instead another bullrun considering how many things have changed ever since 2018.
I was also planning to put some of my investment to other coins that are kinda under the radar and seems profitable enough but low risk, therefore maybe it's gonna be a long time for me before quitting the market.

Re: TRC 20 is secure as ERC 20 ?
by
torrantz
on 28/02/2021, 11:37:22 UTC
As long as i know, there is no network more secured then ERC20 now, but it is too expensive. Why erc20 moee secure ? Because it has been hacked so mny times and TRC20 never getting hacked so no improvement in security. Erc20 also has many nodes keeping the security of it, TRC20 more less.

If we're talking which blockchain network is more secure then the answer is BTC because it has no intention of switching into PoS and PoW by far is really secure.
However TRC20 doesn't get hacked as often doesn't mean it's lacking in security and untested. They could analyze the ERC20 hacking and implement additional security to the blockchain even before the hacking occurs. It's really hard though to decide which one more secured when we don't really know what's exploit is left undiscovered out there.

Re: Binance as the third largest coin
by
torrantz
on 28/02/2021, 10:56:28 UTC
Now it's Cardano that becomes third largest coin, guess the third position changing really frequently but I honestly don't expect BNB to get overtaken by cardano meanwhile the BSC is really on fire with all the new projects migrating.
I guess BNB now has lost hope to overtake ETH and steal the 2nd position considering the market cap gap also too huge, maybe if BNB could show good performance again like before.

Re: When will the Ethereum Gas Fee go down?
by
torrantz
on 28/02/2021, 09:49:55 UTC
It will not happen any sooner. I think it's will take more time. Like 6-7 months or higher. Cause there are lots of things we have to consider. And the first thing is miners or validators. Any update takes times when it's bigger like ethereum. But I think they are trying to do it as soon as possible. But at this moment ethereum has very high gas fees due to many people  are using it. Let's see what's next.
doubt it's gonna be 6-7 months forward, the team behind eth promised its gonna resolve in july but there's always the possibility of it being delayed I know. However, after the market correction it seems the eth fee has been decreasing maybe temporarily since we could hit another bullrun but right now is maybe if not the best is the second best time to send transaction since it's not some ridiculous 300 gwei per gas fee but just 100.

Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold
by
torrantz
on 28/02/2021, 08:58:36 UTC
Not angry but often I am disappointed about the decisions I have made by selling cheaper altcoins. As we know that nowadays when the market is bullish there may be some people who sell too quickly. in principle, I will not regret it because I already have my own target when to buy and sell. if we follow greed it will only hurt ourselves. maybe now if we regret nothing will change
A recommended way to trade is like that, to set your own goal rather than just following along the bullrun or bearish because there's just too much of deceit by the market chart.
I'm myself have experienced that like so many times it feels really sucks at first but then we get used to it because the market is definitely out of our control. No point in regretting I guess, if we made profit despite the market keep going up I guess thats fine.

Re: No year of altcoins coming. All the big money is pouring into bitcoin.
by
torrantz
on 27/02/2021, 09:00:39 UTC
I don't think it's like that bitcoin and altcoin will go up side by side even though the number will still be more in bitcoin.
but at least as long as bitcoin dominance does not exceed 70%, altcoins will also continue to rise along with the rise in bitcoin prices.
Yeah, alts have been pumping alongside with bitcoin like doubled or even more, that's rare sighting in stock market and people still complain altcoin season not coming, it's either their standard of altcoin season is when alt go up thousands percent or they never see the market regularly. It's silly to be honest.

Not a new news when people who supposed to government and are on highest echelon don't know what they're talking about more specifically a technology that's advanced. Even worse their lack of information also influence their poor decision, imagine keep blabbering about crypto involved in the funding of terrorism and that sort of thing meanwhile the paper money that's totally leaves no trace has no problem being used for terrorism funding everywhere cuz released by the central bank.

but they should atleast not ban it right? they could make it commodity tbh so it won't confront nigerian's own money but the bank decide to outright ban it and punish whoever has it on their posession and that seem limiting human right. people buy btc with their own money not with bank's money so why so hard on it.

Re: Elon Musk twitted - Doge on the actual MOON!
by
torrantz
on 27/02/2021, 03:45:08 UTC
Elon Musk rudely manipulates the market, for some it is good, but for some it is quite the opposite. I see how some are trying to justify his actions, by the fact that on this Mr. Musk raises his authority and popularity, promotes cryptocurrencies.

But I see how only one side wins, and someone in the end will be among the losers. Although it is strange that Elon Musk decided to advertise exactly the meme-coin. It seems to me that if the focus of a businessman's attention was a larger project, then many would take what is happening more seriously.
It's undeniable that what Musk did is a plain manipulasm by influence, and I do agree, a coin that could eaisly influenced like that I don't sure stay true to its ideal which is decentralization and prone to be taken advantage of by certain people and the people behind the pump also should be responsible for themselves if anything went wrong. Though I anticipate these kind of things to happen quite frequently in the future.

Re: Ethereum gas problem to be resolved in July
by
torrantz
on 23/02/2021, 09:41:50 UTC
Still a long way to go, but then again doesn't necessarily guarantee that in july the gas will be truly resolved.
Best course of action is just to move on from the eth blockchain from the time being because lets be honest here, none of us could wait 4 months just to send some shrimp amount of erc tokens and 4 months is just too long when it come to this so I guess it's already decided that whoever who wants to send their tokens out there just send right now or waiting for 4 months.

Re: Bitcoin crashed below $48K, is the bull market in danger?
by
torrantz
on 23/02/2021, 07:12:04 UTC
Honestly I doubt the price could crash below $45K and whether the bull market is gonna end or not I don't really know for sure but seeing the adoption and institutional investors it's gonna be tougher for bitcoin to go deep down. I expect people would just buy it back at certain price and the correciton is to be expected since bitcoin rally has been going up really high so far.

Re: Can Governments Stop Bitcoin?
by
torrantz
on 23/02/2021, 05:21:03 UTC
if people can smuggle things so does using bitcoin despite the law enforced to ban bitcoin (if happen).
I mean, look at how most of government around the world trying to block some websites with harmful content but most of them failed and it could be bypassed by simply using vpn, and we're talking about crypto here which is truly decentralized and definitely more complicated to ban than a mere website. I doubt they can do that  Roll Eyes .

Re: Will satoshi make a altcoin, giving us a second chance to get rich?
by
torrantz
on 22/02/2021, 08:14:15 UTC
Is this a serious question? I don't think satoshi gonna create an altcoin when bitcoin is already established and going strong, I mean, what's the benefit for satoshi to create another altcoin?
Imagine if he really did, I'm pretty sure bitcoin's market cap gonna be torn apart and there'll be fraction of people believing the new coin is the real bitcoin just because it comes from satoshi himself, and the rest will keep on holding the bitcoin. It brings no real benefit at all and i think he prefers the community to grow the blockchain.

Re: Binance Smart chain ( BSC) VS Ethereum (ERC-20)
by
torrantz
on 22/02/2021, 05:49:18 UTC
If i would choose between ethereum and bsc for long term hold i choose ethereum because it is truly decentralized and i believe they will solve the problem about scalabilty issue but for now i choose bsc because of cheaper fees but i have fear holding bnb for long term because government has the power to stop this if it is centralized.
Exactly, BSC despite all the advantages offered, i'm still not sure whether  i'm gonna use that for a long term, right now it's adopted by many because eth fee, but people could ditch like anytime to eth again since anything already available in eth blockchain.
and the fact that this kinda centralized is such a deal breaker, most of people gonna reside temporarily in there I guess but eth still the final choice for most of people.
