You can't accuse the Lindacoin to be a "pump and dump".
There is no pump there and the community is definitely against pumping.
It rises relatively fast because the value of Linda is increases fast.
Because the community does not want to dump, the short term speculators can't create panic.

It will be necessary to study in more detail the project itself and team if it is. I wonder what the project plans and goals, as well as methods of implementation and implementation. The coin may be issued purely for speculative purposes and does not carry anything of value. But a lot of good reviews from beginners. I wonder what it is, they are paid for it or not?

The specs are great also. 21m total coins and only 3m coins in circulation. That's a winner to me. Add the masternodes and the project elevates even more.

Go back 4-5 pages and you will see my post saying this coin WILL dump to 50-55k, guess I was right huh? Sorry but the only thing this coin has going for it is branding, and even then it's hijacking the bitcoin name and not even forking off. This is nothing more than a pivx/dash masternode clone with POS and a green branding angle.
Not that it's a terrible project, just don't believe hype, these young masternode coins are prone to consistent dumping right now.

About half of year has past after the token distribution. Could you expalain how this tokens used at the moment? Except trading. Do you realise some real enviroment as declared before ICO?

Colx combines Monero and Raiblocks and will x100 in 2018. But I think we will see many cheap altcoins explode in 2018, while Bitcoin stays relatively stable.

I agree with this statement. I think what we are seeing right now is people moving into bitcoin - which is the gateway to crypto. Then they realize bitcoin is useless and start looking at altcoins. They read about Ripple and think its great because the banks back it. Then they realize a bank backed altcoin is the worst possible use of crypto, so they venture into real altcoins. After that everyone has their favorites. My personal ones are decentralized gambling - which is the future of the casino and high anonymity coins - which will always have a place.
Stick around jr and learn how important btc is. I suggest a study in the history of money.
2018 is the year of the privacy coins. With 2017 behind us and the massive public awareness, privacy is where you want to invest.

The ECA wallet, like nearly every other qt wallet, can trigger false flags for trojan virus. There is no virus in the wallet. Even if there were a virus, it would have nothing to do with CoinsMarkets.com going down.
However, ECA did crash CoinsMarkets.com because at the time it was the most popular coin on the site by a large margin and the only site where it was available. It drove huge amounts of traffic to the site and the site has now been trying to create new infrastructure to meet demand. It also drew attention to itself and CM was victim of DDOS attacks. Things CM probably should have been prepared for but it was a low tier exchange in a budding market, this sort of thing is to be expected. If you haven't noticed, all exchanges are having this problem now due to the flood of new blood into the cryptosphere, if you haven't noticed most exchanges have had to stop new user registrations for this reason.
ECA, and to a lesser extent Colx, drove a huge amount of traffic to coinsmarkets and put them on the map. They know this and are actively trying to capitalize on it. They haven't run off with anyone's coins, if they did they wouldn't even bother keeping up the charade. They have too much to lose establishing themselves as a legit exchange.

Their announcement has always been updated under the menu bar. Just because you don't like it, that's your issue.

fyi, if you stake this coin, don't be alarmed when your wallet show you have 490 days left until you receive an award. Your coins need to mature and gain weight over a couple days.

You guys shouldnt get your panties in a knott. It is silky to put all your money into a single coins. So the guys that complain they are locked in broke that rule. In anyways there are ways to trade yourself out of a locked situation.
It is always good to diversify so that you can have your coins you hodl and your coins you ride the hype on. If you are just in it for the short term hype then Stratis is not for you. Stratis is a gem that you just hodl long term.

yeah I noticed too - very annoying ...
they did have an issue with miners mining directly into their wallet- which is a messy thing to do, nasty miners.
so they have a screwed wallet with a gazillion tiny TXs, question is how long it will take them to sort it out

triple 7 is always on the ball! KMD is an awesome project that is at the forefront of this technology. having some blind faith will make you wealthy with the right projects and triple 7 is somebody to give that trust to.
2018 is the year for all things private. Throw as much as you can at every privacy project that is cheap. You only need 1 to pop and it will make up for all the losses plus make you very wealthy!

would you guys consider exchanges that have their own tokens/coins (e.g. kucoin with their kucoin shares, binance with their binance coin) to be generally more trusted/credible, or less, or it doesn't matter much? especially when their own coins contribute the largest trading volume, i always wonder is the volume made-up or inflated (because we never know).

Wouldn't a fresh install of WIndows 10 on a removable SSD which I only put in the computer to access wallets be secure enough? I could keep copies of all seeds in safety deposit box at bank.

An encrypted USB drive (e.g. Kingston DataTraveler Vault) that has the excel encrypted file containing your private keys, seed keys, wallet info, etc.
Make 3 copies, 2 are offline wherein, 1 is updated weekly, the other 1 updated monthly.
Last 1 is your active copy being used daily.
Note: all are encrypted USB thumbdrives + encrypted excel files

Give some time to sync. I took me 20-30mins the first time.
Also make sure u give full access when firewall pops up

You don't have 2 wait for your wallet to sync before sending coins to it. I am 100% correct here. Once you download your wallet, you are set. The addresses you create from that wallet are 100% yours. Make sure to back up your wallet and save your encrypted/password...you will be abo=le to find this in your %appdata% folder. Safe the .dat file on an external device, preferable 3 separate devices and stored in different locations>>> not a bank vault.
