You can watch tutorials on youtube. The key is to be very patient. You must also learn how to respect not only their language, but also their culture because it's a huge part of it. There are also some apps where you can chat with people with different language and you can teach each other. There're lots of ways to learn, you just have to persevere. 

Yes. You know when sometimes you're too lazy to go out and there's a huge sale online? It's just way more convenient than going out to malls on sale (too crowded) plus you enjoy resting while shopping. (Mostly for lazy people like me LOL)

You can try by doing a casual conversation, could be about your likes, work/study, or any pleasant things to talk with an acquaintance.

There's this app called Calm. It has sessions on how to fight anxiety, worrying, and of course, it also has sessions on how you can sleep well. The app helped me big time, I hope it'll work for you too.

You have a good point there, but I don't think those with higher ranks would agree to that. I mean, they worked really hard for the merits they have now, maybe they wouldn't agree that the new or lower ranks could now easily earn merits, won't they? That's just my opinion, tho. I'm a newbie so I'm in favor with that too. LOL. 

For me, Visual Basic is easy to learn because it uses English-like language where you can make if-then statements and a lot more. It is almost as if you're just making english commands on your computer. It's a programmer-friendly PL. 

There's this app I discovered last year, Calm. I was hospitalized due to stress and upon going home, I saw this app and so I tried it. It has different sessions for staying calm, sleeping better, how to cope with stress and anxiety, and many more. It also has other features like for meditating. The cool thing is, though there are some sessions that needs to be purchased, there's also a ton of free sessions so you aren't forced to pay for the app. It's been a great help for me and I've been using it up until now.

I found that diet and exercise is the only best way to lose weight in a healthy way.
