Truth is that nobody knows if it will go further down or up from here as we don't know if and how much anyone will invest in the next few days in this coin. And if you look at the bittrex frontpage, many coins have heavy losses yesterday and today, it is not just SBIT.

Possibly. But it can also first go to 300K (like CLOAK did) and then fall back to 1K.
Whoever is pumping this coin, he is buying a lot around 20K. Yesterday a sell order of about 100.000 SBIT on 19K was sold in seconds! 17.7 BTC bought in seconds.

So it looks like we will see 50K and possibly 100K and beyond soon. Just keep in mind to not hold on to the coins too long as at some point the person pumping will want to take profit. Don't invest any money you can not afford to lose.

Can it do a CLOAK coin? Up to 300K in short time

I am fine with the dev owning a lot of the coin as it will be motivating for him to continue to develop.
Rich list also looks pretty normal to me with the top 10 owning 50%, it is similar with a lot of other coins.

Interesting, he/they dumped about 1M GAIA coins for half of ICO price while there is no news. About 3.5 BTC down the drain for that person.

But the good news is that coins are now divided better. And just 2 BTC will bring it back to ICO price so excellent price to buy.
