Where is the code, Lannister?
You display all the hallmarks of a scam. Threating me won't help you in any way, quite the contrary actually.
Project Elastic is a scam, be careful people.

So do I understand this correctly:
Stratis will be a separate blockchain. To this blockchain, private chains can be attached via a peg that involves locking Stratis tokens. How many will be needed for this? 'Fuel' a node means to pay for the deployment of a node? Lastly when will the Stratis tokens be tradable and what is your guestimation date for a rollout of the finished Stratis project?

WARNING: Elastic Project likely a scam. No code. 'Wallet' simply a copy of NXT
I asked why their github is empty. Then they gave me a link to their 'wallet' which is obviously simply an old copy of the NXT client. As you can see they didn't even bother to delete all NXT files, changelog, etc..
I asked completely civilised about this strange lack of any substantial code but got called 'troll' etc...
Judge for yourself, I made a copy of everything with the waybackmachine to be safe:
How exactly do token holders profit from development on stratis?
The standard private chains will require Stratis tokens to be 'locked' as part of the 2 way peg to private chains. Stratis tokens will also be the currency utilized to pay transaction fees to miners. When we migrate to POS Stratis tokens will be used to secure the Stratis chain and the private chains. The Blockchain-as-a-Service platform will be also be fueled by Stratis tokens, users will be able to deposit digital currencies or pay via paypal and Fiat to 'credit' their account with Stratis tokens to fuel their node. Our fiat gateway technology will also charge a fee in Stratis, but note there will most likely be a fee on the fiat side also. This will be one of the centralized components of the Stratis Platform, but its the only way to have Fiat gateways and be compliant with the various regulations involved.

Re: Boycott Coinbase to stop the attack against Bitcoin
I made a thread trying to reopen the request to remove coinbase as a wallet from bitcoin.org (they already said they weren't a wallet anyway so I don't know why they haven't been removed) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1387235.0
Anyway. Spread the word.
That is certainly needed! They really should not be listed there
god damn why does price keep going the wrong way???
because of Brian Armstrong and Coinbase

Boycott Coinbase to stop the attack against Bitcoin

Coinbase and it's CEO Brian Mindweak are the major actors in the latest attack against Bitcoin, called Bitcoin Classic.
This is the first step in a serious attempt by corporations to gain control over Bitcoin. But they made a little mistake: you should not attack the honey badger.
What can we do?
Simple.
Don't use Coinbase.
Rate Coinbase negatively everywhere you can.
Discourage new users from using them.
Reveal the continuous lies and attacks the CEO is posting against Bitcoin and it's developers.
Post bad reviews and negative experience reports everywhere you can
Contact the investors of Coinbase and let them know that you are stopping to use the service they invested in
Why would the CEO of a large Bitcoin company attack Bitcoin? Because he sees increased profitability for his business if we slowly transition to a chain where his company can have direct influence on the development and increased control over the userbase. Brian Mindweak has shown complete disregard for Bitcoin and its developers on numerous occasions as well as revealing his utter lack of technical understanding of Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is for the people and I greatly respect the developers and all the time they put into this wonderful invention. We cannot let manipulating companies destroy Bitcoin.

That's a little exaggerated. Bitcoin development is slow exactly why it works as it does. Changes need to be carefully evaluated and tested before they can be rolled out and agreed upon by the consensus system. We should not forget that Bitcoin already secures a massive amount of wealth.

Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not.
I think part of what this community fails to realize is that Bitcoin is not a barely know subject, many people have heard of it and they know at least some parts about it. The thing is that they are less interested in using it than we are, and that is why we don't see huge groups of people flocking to Bitcoin.
People know about it, they just don't want to use it.
I fully agree. Most of my friends and family know about Bitcoin, but they are neither facinated by it, nor are they interested in learning more about it.

Re: Who are the richest Bitcoin users and how much do they own?
I am surprised that nobody mentioned Hal Finney so far. He and Satoshi were probably first 2 people mining bitcoin. I wonder what happened with all his bitcoins after he died. Family kept or sold it all?
Most people suspect that his family has sold his former holdings by now. There were rumours that they were the infamous 'bearwhale'.
I would agree. Some sort of subdivision would certainly be helpful. Considering that the ecosystem is growing, the space will get even more crowded and chaotic in the future
