Man i am all about BRK and I'm fine with the market price right now since i plan to hold it.
But this immediate ICO of BRX and at such a shitty offer price of 1500/1 BTC really pisses me off. Fuck if I'm going to contribute to that. Bet most coins will get burned. It should be at the same rate as the BRK. At least that way BRX would have had some success and would have sold more than it will currently because of extreme greed. Going below ICO price is almost guaranteed here.

It seems like the opposite of greed. At 1500/1 BTC they don't dump all over first ICO buyers. If they were greedy they would price to sell out.

The real attacker knows he will never see his funds, rightfully his or not. There is too much at stake to give someone millions when it can so easily be taken away.
The real attacker also knows he must remain in hiding. He probably doesn't need to fear from vigilante justice because even Mark Karpelès walked among the Goxxed victims without fear. What the real attacker must fear is that he'll get thrown in jail for a long time. He certainly wouldn't seek remedy in the US. He will be arrested on something and then stand trial. He will be granted his request for a trial by jury. The defense will be well organized and air tight.
The prosecution will be fast and loose and have no basis in fact or reason. But they will say "computer hacker", throw out some mumbo-jumbo about technology, say the dollar value of the "crime", and the jury will unanimously convict the attacker of probably a dozen financial crimes, if he is lucky. The jury will be confused by the mumbo-jumbo, frightful that their facebook accounts will be hacked by someone like this, mad at and suspicious of smart people in general, and vaguely terrified that someone will run another plane into a building. In their subconscious response to the Pavlovian stimuli, the jury will do the cautious thing and put the bad man in jail.

You should take a look at the whitepaper. I think if there ever was something that could make decentralized real time poker a reality it might be based on what the dev proposes. But I don't know if he realizes it. There's no discussion of poker in the WP at all.

Lol, no source code on github, but windows and mac binaries from somewhere? Are u fucking kidding?
Do some research. This project has been around for 2 years. Practically everyone posting favorably about it are heroes because we've been following this project for so long. The lead dev has been around forever and is even trusted by Bittrex outright to certify projects for addition. This project was in testnet for about 5 months.
The worst anyone has come up with on this dev is that he won't work for free indefinitely. That tells me he is at least not crazy.
I'll be excited to see the real professional trolls show up. You guys are too easy.

XST is still listed on Polo. It might get a little bump from all this. It wasn't an ICO coin, so he worked for free on that. Weren't you on the team too? Why did you quit working on it?
I've paid someone to created stealthtalk.org as XST supporter but never part of the team.
You stopped supporting that project but expected others to work for free?
I'm still supporting XST, also stealthtalk.org is still going but it have some dns issue at the moment.
I planned to give massive of free stuffs via stealth market, the fork of openbazaar, if that ever happen. I have sold a video card with XST payment and have bought a bunch of stuffs via Stealthcoin community.
The problem is the tech going nowhere.

An admission from someone involved with XST that the tech is going nowhere several pages after someone complained about investing in someone who was responsible for XST but who now has a new project is something that I think merits some discussion.
We can certainly debate the merits of doing ones own research prior to investing. But I'll nib that in the bud by saying that the above quotes and question constitute a modicum of research and deserve some answers prior to me committing any resources in support of this project.

I hope people who are investing in Breakout would learn some little bit about James Stroud and his first Stealthcoin before making any rational decision, basically anyone invested in Stealthcoin now would be homeless, included myself.

It looks like you need a dev to work for free. Those are hard to find. I stopped trying.
