Yes cash deposit thru moneygram to my Gox account... will bitinstant hold onto my funds for a week like last time, if i deposit money today will it be in my gox account today!!?

Im scared to upload money through bitinstant it took a week to get my money last time and i dont want to go through that again... URSAY if i deposit money to my mt.gox account tomorrow would it actually be instant this time??

Are you not on this list?  Ask yourself...am I on an older dated list?  If you are then your issue is already being worked on.  Users are not carried over from new to old lists.  I am logging DAILY issues here.  Thanks!  Cheesy

I was on the 4/10 list and i still haven't received any funds is this 4/11 list for the difference u owe me like my original payment on the first ticket and the difference owed on a second ticket?

Done with PMs.  If you didn't receive a response then your issue is already logged, we already have enough info, and we are working on your issue!

Please stop asking why you are not being carried over from a previous dated list to a newer dated list.  My system logs issues daily and I do not carry issues forward to new dated lists.  Your ticket priority does not change.  Read my sig if you are confused.

Keep the emails coming via PM!  I am logging them as they come in and if you have a response from level 2 support I am giving you your response!

Don't worry about which list date your on.  I have combined them all at this point!  Customer service WILL get better slowly as we make upgrades to manage the volume!!!

I am being told that I may have access to the new support software management sometime today.  In the meantime I need to keep trying to help.

If you have a current issue open...EVEN IF I HAVE PUT YOU ON A SUPPORT LIST OR OPENED A TICKET FOR YOU...I need your email address so I can try and contact you with any updates or questions.  I simply cannot manage all users issues thru forum PMs and forum posts with the increasing volume and amount of double posts and posts which do not provide me enough info to open a ticket.
